Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by curtis7308 Kit worked nicely. Although I had to move two of the standards because your designer called for the wrong spacing in their design. they called for a 21" spacing and it should have been 20 1/2. The anchors they have you using on those standards put about a 9/16ths diameter hole in the wall so when you move the standard you can see part of the original hole. It's a shame the designers don't know the spacing of their own product. If your going to design the layout of the shelving and give measurements for the standards, those measurements should be accurate. Nothing like only having to install the walk-in closet shelving to finish a master bath remodel. Only to find two (2) of the standards are in the wrong place.

This was exactly what I was looking for to organize my sewing room. And the price was terrific for the amount of shelving that was included

This is a good product, I like the fact that you can space them in a way to make a shelf on top of each drawer if you want. You must make sure that you have the proper spacing when putting up the standards! One problem is that the brackets that come with the drawers are mismarked, left is actually right and right is actually left! Took awhile for me to figure that out!

I expected this kit because of the name to come with drawers. It did not. It was way overpriced and I do not recommend this product

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by GuyUnderACar Cool Option for getting more out of your closet
The drawers are a great option for a closet. It doesn't come with the vertical supports, so buy the closet starter kit. These install quickly. I reinstalled them 3 times to get all the spacing and height right. These are not very robust when the drawers are removed. They have some plastic clips that are supposed to keep the drawer shelf in place, but they don't help much. The great news is the more you load down the shelves and drawers, the more still and sturdy they become.

Having a small bedroom putting the drawers in the closet saves space not needing a dresser. They aren't the cheap plastic things you can get that take more space. These can be worked in to where you usually have dead space in your closet.

(writing one general review and copying it to each item in the system)
The kits were all just a bit shy of what I wanted so I ended up putting together my own. It came out about $20 more expensive than the closest kit. I cut down the 80" top bracket to fit the 5' closet with 3- 60" standards. The left side is made up of the drawer kits, with the right being made up of 2 shelf/hanger sets.
Whole set came out to a little under $180.
The Top bracket was nice as it had well spaced holes that made it easy to hit studs with a drywall anchor in between. I was able to take a few inches off one end and the rest off the other so they matched up perfectly and go wall to wall with completely solid attachment.
The standards slipped into the top bracket easily and locked down tight once screwed down. I was also able to mount everything before screwing it down so I could make sure it was spaced right on the wall before fixing anything in place. I did kinda wish I'd used the Closetmaid screws so they sat flush in the holes a bit better, but the generic drywall anchors I used worked mostly fine.
The drawer kit was awesome, and as I figured it, saved me about 50% over what it would have cost to buy it in pieces. With 2 drawers and their parts it would have cost as much as the kit. The drawers are very solid once the locking clips are placed in. They seemed noisy til I actually put stuff in them which seriously muffled the noise made (between the enclosed space and all the metal, it was like working in an echo chamber putting it together.) On 60" standards, they could be spaced far enough apart so as to use both the shelf on top and the drawer at the same time.
For the right section of my closet I used 2- 4' shelf/hanger kits. They installed easily (there were a few extra parts as the kit comes ready for a bare wall install) and on the standards they hang nice and solid. The 2 kits are spaced far enough apart so that I can hand shirts on top, and pants below with room for shoes on the floor.
All in all, I'm very happy with the whole system, and plan on putting together another set for my basement utility/storage/work room, and possibly a set for my wife's closet if she decides she wants it.
