Answer:
Yes, but if it's like my store you have to buy the shelf and brackets separately from the drawer. Which does give you a chance to get different depth drawers.

There are single drawers available. I have seen the deeper ones available at my local Home Depot and I'd bet that a search on the HD website will bring up the single drawer as well.

Answer:
The box advertises the product as being "27" tall." I didn't check that, but even if it's off by an inch, you would easily stack two (or maybe even three) on the 82" rails. I've attached a photo of mine, where two kits are on the same vertical rails (they aren't all stacked together, but two full kits on on the rails)

Total dimensions (with hanging bar standards installed) is 21.5"w x 18"d x 30"h. Yes, you can stack one on top another, but if you use below the drawers for shoes (or boots) it gets kind of high. I'd recommend no more than 6 drawers in a row.

Answer:
The unit comes with brackets that hold the top of the drawer / shelf to the back rails and those brackets also have a built in feature that holds the top of the drawers on tracks just below the shelves. These brackets accommodating the drawers are different from other brackets that only accommodate shelves on other units.

Answer:
They can be spaced out. They can be separately positioned at any level along the vertical standards. Even though it appears to be a tightly stacked kit, it's really four separately mounted basket/drawers. You'll se on my attached photo that I have a stack of seven, then further above I have a separate.

Although I had to move two of the standards because your designer called for the wrong spacing in their design. they called for a 21" spacing and it should have been 20 1/2. The anchors they have you using on those standards put about a 9/16ths diameter hole in the wall so when you move the standard you can see part of the original hole. It's a shame the designers don't know the spacing of their own product. If your going to design the layout of the shelving and give measurements for the standards, those measurements should be accurate. Nothing like only having to install the walk-in closet shelving to finish a master bath remodel. Only to find two (2) of the standards are in the wrong place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Regarding the One Star Evaluations: Please read this! I don't know if ClosetMade improved their design since the negative reviews showed up, but I would say that this product works well for me. I did a full closet organization project and used two of these basket systems. They'll be used everyday by myself. Once the retainer clups (provided) are installed and the vertical support standards (part of the master installation) are anchored properly, everything gets tight and sturdy, creating a great storage solution. At least it does the job for me! The whole project went together well with ClosetMade products; I needed to order extra clips which are available on ClosetMade's website (not at Home Depot). I'm a happy ClosetMade/Home Depot customer!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cool Option for getting more out of your closet The drawers are a great option for a closet. It doesn't come with the vertical supports, so buy the closet starter kit. These install quickly. I reinstalled them 3 times to get all the spacing and height right. These are not very robust when the drawers are removed. They have some plastic clips that are supposed to keep the drawer shelf in place, but they don't help much. The great news is the more you load down the shelves and drawers, the more still and sturdy they become.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Product This is a good product, I like the fact that you can space them in a way to make a shelf on top of each drawer if you want. You must make sure that you have the proper spacing when putting up the standards! One problem is that the brackets that come with the drawers are mismarked, left is actually right and right is actually left! Took awhile for me to figure that out!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saves space Having a small bedroom putting the drawers in the closet saves space not needing a dresser. They aren't the cheap plastic things you can get that take more space. These can be worked in to where you usually have dead space in your closet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Install and Adds a lot of usable space. (writing one general review and copying it to each item in the system) The kits were all just a bit shy of what I wanted so I ended up putting together my own. It came out about $20 more expensive than the closest kit. I cut down the 80" top bracket to fit the 5' closet with 3- 60" standards. The left side is made up of the drawer kits, with the right being made up of 2 shelf/hanger sets. Whole set came out to a little under $180. The Top bracket was nice as it had well spaced holes that made it easy to hit studs with a drywall anchor in between. I was able to take a few inches off one end and the rest off the other so they matched up perfectly and go wall to wall with completely solid attachment. The standards slipped into the top bracket easily and locked down tight once screwed down. I was also able to mount everything before screwing it down so I could make sure it was spaced right on the wall before fixing anything in place. I did kinda wish I'd used the Closetmaid screws so they sat flush in the holes a bit better, but the generic drywall anchors I used worked mostly fine. The drawer kit was awesome, and as I figured it, saved me about 50% over what it would have cost to buy it in pieces. With 2 drawers and their parts it would have cost as much as the kit. The drawers are very solid once the locking clips are placed in. They seemed noisy til I actually put stuff in them which seriously muffled the noise made (between the enclosed space and all the metal, it was like working in an echo chamber putting it together.) On 60" standards, they could be spaced far enough apart so as to use both the shelf on top and the drawer at the same time. For the right section of my closet I used 2- 4' shelf/hanger kits. They installed easily (there were a few extra parts as the kit comes ready for a bare wall install) and on the standards they hang nice and solid. The 2 kits are spaced far enough apart so that I can hand shirts on top, and pants below with room for shoes on the floor. All in all, I'm very happy with the whole system, and plan on putting together another set for my basement utility/storage/work room, and possibly a set for my wife's closet if she decides she wants it.
