  • Aluminum handle and frame offer rugged durability
  • Compact design measures 8 in. overall with 3.35 in. blade length
  • Lightweight at just 3.5 oz.

Answer:
It would be a nice 2nd knife to carry for a hunter.nice double looking feature. You should be able to find a belt case for it, its a common size knife.

Answer:
Yes- or, I should say, it is supposed to. I bought 2 of them- they both failed.
Invest in another brand- I would not recommend this one.

Answer:
Yes it is a labeled as a Double Lock Folding Knife. Only a folding knife would have a locking system to lock it into place when open.

Answer:
A case is not necessary. It would make a good back up knife for a hunter. It's a good general purpose pocket knife.

It does fold nicely into the handle. Blade is not exposed at all. Comes very sharp as I accidentally cut myself horsing around. Wish it did come with a case but overall for the price hard to complain. Enjoy!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Great Knife It's an great knife. I use it as my every day carry knife . Always sharp, not too heavy, just right June 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I like it! Cool knife! would be perfect if it had an assist button. I like the price! February 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stocking stuffer. Shaving Sharp and a solid knife that if lost or broken will not break the bank. November 26, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great product, considering the price! Quality is good. Blade is good. It is getting easier to open and close as I use it more. The only problem is that sometimes the liner lock gets stuck, usually when I "flick" it open to hard, and it is impossible to close the blade by simply depressing the lock with my thumb. I have to use two hands or a small screwdriver to release the lock. It isn't worth returning the knife (I know about the warranty) and I can use less force when opening the blade as it gets worked in and loosened up. Still, a handy addition to my belt when working around the house and on hikes in the woods. April 7, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by DX340 DOUBLE LOCK FOLDING KNIFE Shipped to store was quick. Pick up at store was fast. For $7.00 this knife is very good. Light, sharp out of the package, and opens really easy. I don't know if they have updated the description but note that it comes with the plastic handles, not aluminum. April 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great little knife! Great price, too. I've purchased 5 of these now for myself and gifts. Nice every-day carry knife. Fits well in back pocket. I don't even notice it. March 25, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by JUNK I use (or would use) this knife virtually every day, as a professional playset installer. It wouldn't be used under rough conditions, but one thing any decent knife should do- especially a locking knife- is open and close well. After the 1st knife failed- I figured I might have received a bad one. NOPE!!! Same exact thing happened to the 2nd knife- it failed exactly in the same place, same way. I will say this- it is very sharp out of the plastic packaging. Other than that- stay away. It will fail, only a matter of time. September 18, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great knife easy service Great knife and good associate service a little late in arriving at store February 3, 2015
