I bought this as an inexpensive replacement for a mini maglite and have regretted it ever since. I lost my maglite and did not want to spend as much on an led mag so I decided this looked good. The button on the end rattles and there is clearly a connection problem. The first one I had flickered while in use. I then traded it for another and I had a similar problem with it's replacement except that one would only work if it was held at a certain angle. I returned that one as well. They both started out working great and over the course of about a month just quit. I am not hard on my flashlights at all aside from an occasional drop. It was a sad excuse for a flashlight at that price

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Electrician Stops working properly, then dies
As an industrial electrician, I really need something that I can depend on too see inside of large switchgear. This flashlight did not fulfill my needs for very long. It lasted for a couple of days before problems with it started, at first only working if I held it at certain angles for very short periods of time, then going out completely. I will never waste my hard earned money on another product with the coast name on it.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by MROMAN Good light BUT
Went and looked for this light after hearing there was a new super bright on at HD that was reasonably priced. I should have known better since he is an office worker and not a maintenance professional such as myself.
i was sold by the high brightness and to its credit its a solid built little light.
I should have paid more attention to the packaging , but I swear it did not mention it was
NOT ADJUSTABLE BEAM such and the many mag-lights I have owned and worn out.
I bought it & now I hate it- no beam adjustment at all- I'll gift it to someone

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Litesout Worked great, then suddenly failed
Received this as a gift, was bought at HD. It worked great for the relatively short time that it worked, which was not long. Liked the strong bright light, and was easy to handle. Used it very few times indoors. Never dropped it or banged it or anything. Then suddenly one day noticed the light started to flickr, and very shortly after that it just would not turn on anymore. It seems the on/off button failed, it just will not click anymore. So that was totally dissapointing.
(but just found something else great, similar but slightly less lumens but still great bright light, super great price, at wm, by b&d, and has extra features. a real nice deal, and will be buying couple more.)

GOOD QUALITY -ABOUT THE SAME SIZE AS A DOUBLE
A BATTERY MINI MAG LIGHT - BUT COST LESS COMES WITH LED LIGHTS-BETTER DEAL-VERY GOOD BATTERY LIFE -ALSO COMES WITH 2 SETS OF AA BATTERIES.ONLY BAD THING I HAVE TO SAY IS THAT IT IS NOT ADJUSTABLE LIKE THE STANDARD MINI MAG LIGHT ALTHOUGH NONE ADJUSTABLE(FOCUS)THE BRIGHTNESS OF THE LIGHT IS GREAT AND MAKES UP FOR IT. I USE MINE FOR HVAC/R WORK & WILL PURCHASE A SECOND ONE. I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS FLASH LIGHT TO ANYONE.

It has a nice bright light but now I can't change the batteries. The cap is so locked on I can't budge it. I have tried vice grips, hot water, WD 40 and everything.

This flashlight is awesome BUT!, when you drop it ,it will break . It claims that it can withstand a fall . It can not . My employees have returned dozens of these . But they are a great light source and fit in our Maglite holders . Make the company aware who makes them . You're loosing money on them

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Gnugs Best small diameter led flashlight
Have purchased three so far for several locations and for on-person use... Best small led flashlight on the market. I need one to fit in the loop of my multitool holder and this is the best of the three I've used. Hard to find one that fits - seems like most of the ones I've seen are fat stubby little ones that are too fat for the loop.
