i have tried a lot but i am nt able to find a way to replace the batteries.. plz help

Cybo, we sorry to hear about the issues with your flashlight. To replace the batteries, you just need to remove the tail cap from the light. The tail cap is located above the red line on the light and can be unscrewed by twisting it counter clockwise.

I have tried to change the batteries by twisting off the end cap but there is only three tiny screws that can be seen. What do you have to do to change the batteries/

Answer: 
Tim- The three screws you're seeing are the top of the battery pack. To replace the battery pack, you will need to slide out the cartridge from the tube of the flashlight.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent everyday use I had an older Coast light like the G40, I think maybe 70 lumens that quit working after 3 maybe 4 years. This is the same as my old light, but it's 140 lumens not 130 like Home Depot has it listed. I have several flashlights but I always find myself using this one. I hope this one's as good as my old one. I would recommend this flashlight to anyone who wants a good light to use everyday. October 13, 2015
