Didn't expect much; didn't get much, but it was just good enuff. Wanted a smaller grill to meet our simple needs (don't plan to use it to go camping). It works great, starts just fine, and has a burner more like you would get on a gas stove for your kitchen (my last grill failed because gas wasn't getting thru lines to burner). As a plus, the grate is partially covered so you can do indirect heat instead of grease on the burners all the time that supposedly not really very healthy.

I have had this grill less than 2 months, have only used it 4 times, clean it after every use, store it in a garage, and the lid is already rusted. What's worse, the warranty doesn't cover it. Coleman seems to think that a paint defect that leads to rusting is not a "manufacturer's defect." But they will be happy to sell you a cover or some other product as if that will do anything more than boost their bottom line. I will never buy anything else with the Coleman name on it.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DaleRo Coleman RoadTrip Portable Propane Gas Grill
My husband and I love this grill! Cooks better than any of the ones we have had in the past. We think it works better because of the water pan you use when you grill. Food is more moist. We are in our 60's and we have done a lot of grilling. Clean up is easier then our other grills too. Definitely recommend this grill. Just follow the instructions for grilling and cleaning and you will love it too.

We have had nothing but great grilling with the Roadtrip propane Grilll. We bought it to take on the road in our travel trailer, and enjoy the compact grill with the room to cook for more than just two. I like the "water" feature, which makes clean up quick and easy. Another great product from Coleman!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MILZ BUILT TO LAST
I've had this grill for probably 10 yrs and use it for camping, beach and tailgating. It still works as good as the day I purchased it. This thing is buil to last. I left it uncovered, outside for almost 2 yrs and it sat thru a lot of rain and heavy snow...pulled it off/out of the ground, scrubbed it up and it started right up with the push of a button. I do suggest getting an additional grill grate so you can utilize the entire surface when grilling a lot of stuff. Great grill!!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by wildfiregramps Awsome Camping Grill and a Blind Stove!
We bought this grill to fold up and fit in the storage area under our new camper. It do's that perfectly. While it hasn't been camping yet (it's Wyoming in January) we have cooked on it twice on the porch with the wind blowing and it did great. We have cooked steak's and chicken and both times they came out great. Clean up was a breeze, and the water pan kept the meat moist and tender. We have gotten two meal's so far from one of the little gas bottles but we have also bought the adapter for the 20lb bottle. We have not tried the griddle side yet but should work great as well. Fiancée wants the stove tops as well so she can use pots and pans. Got to looking at if after it arrived and I think it will make an excellent blind stove as well for hunting season! Can make Breakfast Burrito's and turn around and cook Brat's if the hunting is slow. Awesome deal and well worth the money!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BenJammin Portable and easy to clean
I intentionally searched for this grill after seeing it used for a home-based grill out. It is compact but with plenty of room for grilling food for several people. I use it at home and can put the grates right in the dishwasher after hosing them off outside. The best feature is the water tray, which traps grease and avoids a messy grill interior. The other road trip models lack this feature.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by GGG1 Not good for regular use
This may be ok for a camping trip, but not recommended as a small grill for regular use. You have to fill the pan with water otherwise the drippings will flare up in an unconrtollable way. Also, it requires cleaning completely after each use. It says the grates are dishwasher safe which makes cleaning sound a little easier, but we could not close the dishwasher with them inside.
