Rated 5 out of 5Â by Charles Good Value
Installed these directly onto an unfinished basement ceiling beam. The light with cool white T8 lamps is pleasing through the diffuser and the fixture starts instantly with no hum. For the price, these are a good choice, and I only wish they had a similar model with an on-off switch to use in other areas not controlled with a wall switch.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Bobalbo Easy installation adn works great!
These fixtures were to replace older inoperative fixtures. They were easy to install and they work great. A fantastic value. I especially like the twist and lock feature for the bulbs. No more playing around to get the bulbs to seat.

Rated 2 out of 5Â by MoneyPit You get what you pay for...
Used two for a basement utility room & workbench- now a year later one of the ballasts is bad and has burnt out $20 worth of bulbs in 2 months. New ballast is $15, so that should tell you what you're getting here. The time needed to swap out the fixture one year later is more than worth an extra few bucks for something different. Would not buy again.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by DIYer Good light for the money- doesn't come with screws, though
For the price, you can't beat this fixture. Used these to replace some old incandescent fixtures in my garage, will be getting another when they get more in stock. It's nothing fancy, and not commercial grade, but I don't need that.
- Does not include mounting hardware, so pick up some screws, washers, drywall anchors- whatever you need to install- unfortunately the outside of the box does not tell you what you need. I have boxes of screws and other stuff, so it wasn't a problem for me, but nothing is worse than getting home and not having what you need!
- Don't forget the lightbulbs, if you don't already have some.
- Pick up some wire nuts, these make a retrofit installation so much simpler.
Again, for what you spend, it's a nice light, plastic diffuser is included.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by total Cheap
Lamps are cheaply made. Bulb connectors are flimsy and can break easily and they do not carry replacement connectors at the HD I shop at. Lamps is also cheap and cracks easily. Had a ballast fail on me after a week of normal office use. Pay a little more for a better product. I won't be installing these in our offices anymore.
