Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jonny Nice Light if you can afford it.
The bright mode is quite bright. Dim is also quite bright. Wish I could afford many of these as they are efficient, cool and you can link them up like transformers. Also this is connected to a switched outlet. The light returns to its last state when power is restored. No direct wire option so I had to install an outlet. This is not the value minded purchase a father of 3 should have made. LoL Chicks just don't get it sometimes. :-P

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by dstealt nice addition to kitchen
Lights were fairly hard to install due to the fact that you are working on the underside of the cabinet(upside down). The 2 provided clips were very tight to slide light bar into & the clip could have been better engineered. After installing a 18 in. & 24 in. strip together with the provided clips, I decided for the next 4 installations that I would not use the clips, but use double sided tape(3M) since the led strips were very light weight. This worked exceptional well & cut the installation time by over 50%(I only hope that they stay adhered to the cabinet with this tape). The lights are a very bright white light when first turned on, but the button also allows you to push again for 50%(seemed like only a 25% to me) light reduction. A very nice feature if you like not so bright light! Overall these lights seem like a good product - a little pricey, but gives your kitchen a pleasant look...DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 4PUTTEE Very unobtrusive
Everything's (except the screwdriver) in the box, so no need to scout around for screws or anything. There's a button to dim down to half intensity, and to turn it off. I wired it directly to a wall switch which means cutting off the plug. If you do the same, remember to plug it in to a wall socket just to make sure it works.
Great under cabinet lighting. Very low profile.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Randy no replacment parts & no extra light strips etc. available
Home Depot does not sell nor can you get replacement parts for this light in any length. It is designed so you can join more than one LED light strip - but to get the extra light strip & extra mounting hardware pieces you will have to purchase an entire unit. So, you then trash the electrical power box that plugs into the wall. Quite wasteful & forces the consumer to pay more than is necessary when you only need another light strip. Again, no replacement parts available - seems very short sighted for a store such as Home Depot. It is a shame since this is a nice LED light. With considerable effort I also contacted the actual manufacturer- they cannot sell replacement parts to consumers either because Home Depot will not allow. They noted Home Depot will only sell the complete light kits in the USA.
I hope HD will soon make a way that the consumer may purchase extra parts for these lights. Even by internet order would be fine.

Easy to install. It's a bit too bright as an accent light. I wouldn't recommend it for that purpose. I put it under cabinets in the kitchen. Even the dimmer level is too high. Wish there were another, lower, setting. Tried a wall switch dimmer and that doesn't work with this product. I like the look and ease of installation.

LED slim line under the counter lights in varying lengths. the only negative thing I can mention is that the power cord could have been longer or easier to adjust the length. Easy to install brackets that the lights clip into easy to add lights to increase length. I moved from hot puck lights to cool LED's.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Architect1 Good light but some issues you should know
Just purchased so can not testify to longevity yet. However the following can be said thus far:
The Good: Light is warm, slightly yellow as advertised and projects and even glow the entire length. My use was for a 36" wide x 12" deep x 48" high curio cabinet and the lighting does reach the bottom of the cabinet without being overly bright. It is after all an accent light. Instillation was easy with proper planning. However, see below.
The Bad. The first thing I don't like is the switch and the dimming is deceptive. It is a single button that goes from off to ... on high ... to dim to about 50% then off. The description says that it is dimmable from 50-100%, which implies that it is variable. Technically, this is true but in practice it does from 100% to 50% to off in about 1/2 second. You would need some pretty fast reflexes to get it to stop in between. More often then not you would either end up in one of the three positions, off, on high, on medium. With that said, this is not enough to make me take it back, since I will run it on high all the time anyway.
Installing means drilling a large 1" hole to run the cable through because the connector is large and not removable. Also, the cables are fairly short. May not be a problem in a cabinet with power nearby, but for my use it means using an extension cord.
Time will tell if it lasts but I am reasonably happy with it thus far.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by MrsBee More for Accent than Task
I installed two of these under my kitchen cabinets. They were fairly easy to install; screw two holder clips in line and spend about 10 minutes trying to press the light track into them. It is completely plastic and feels very flimsy. My biggest complaint with the installation is the fact that the power/dim button is separated from the unit on the power cord and requires finding a place for it on the cabinet (no mounting tape or screws provided) and then dealing with all the extra wires.
As to how it works/looks: it is a warm white light (on the yellow side) that is bright enough for a nice accent light in the kitchen, but is not sufficient for use alone as a task light. I installed them 3 inches from the front edge of my cabinets and it lights up the backsplash nicely, but pretty much fades out about halfway across the countertop. I also wish that the light were a little more 'diffused'. The individual LED lights on the unit are barely visible, but they reflect back up at me from the granite counter top, which I find a little annoying.
Overall, they are a decent choice for DIYers, but I don't feel that they live up to their price.
Update: one of the fixtures just dropped as I was writing this review. Down goes the score...
