Very stylish and modern looking yet classic at the same time. I used this for a completely remodeled home as the choice for kitchen.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Matt THE MOST DIFFICULT ELECTRICAL PRODUCT TO INSTALL THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN
For someone who might be installing this product by themselves, it is nearly impossible to assemble. First the directions seem to be backwards. The want you to attach the heaviest part of the product, the shade with light bulbs already installed. Now imagine that you have to then lift this whole beast up to the ceiling fixture box to make the wiring connections. Not really a good idea if you are on a ladder.
Second, there are several small parts that must be aligned in order to get the light to look right. You need 3 - 4 hands.
Then there is a metal nut that screws into a rod that attaches the shade to the hopefully aligned small pieces that I spoke of previously. If you get it on cockeyed which is easy to do, the nut "grips", or finger tightening flanges are very sharp. Beware and used gloves.
All in all, it took me about 4 hours to install this light. Although it looks good, it is not worth the trouble.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Woody Excellent product and value
The product was readily available, easy and clear installation instructions. I utilized this product as a "swag" lamp in rooms with no existing ceiling lamps or wiring. I did have to purchase an additional swag light kit for the extra wire and chain. I also connected it with a wireless control, which is reviewed separately. This product provides excellent lighting using three bulbs at 60W each.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by JK Nice fixture/Frusrtating directions
I had a difficult time installing this lamp. The directions were not entirely clear. There was insulated wire at the base of the lamp that appeared too thick to accommodate the threaded column. The column will fit over the insulated part of the wiring and screw into the bottom of the lamp.
The top of the lamp (ceiling) wiring requires that the wire be run through the threaded mount at the top and then the wires drop through the mounting bracket and then the wiring to the switch can be completed within the junction box. The diagrams provided are not entirely clear.
Attaching the chain involves separating a link. Do this by pulling the link open from the sides rather than pulling up or down. Use c cloth to avoid marring the finish.
Better directions would have saved me a lot of time and frustration. If I had to wire this again, it would take 15 minutes. I like the fixture and would buy it again.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Remodelista Beautiful pendants
I was hesitant to purchase two of these fixtures, based on previous reviews about difficult installation. I opened up the boxes as soon as they arrived, and I noticed that the wires were already threaded through the long tube, which other reviewers had complained mightily about. My installer had no complaints about these beautiful pendants, which he installed over my new 2 basin vanity in my master bath. They are a gorgeous, almost deco style and look fabulous in my 1906 white and black bath. I was concerned about too much light over the vanity, so I decided to use 40 watt equivalent warm light L.E.D. bulbs, and that was the perfect choice. I couldn't be happier. I am back to buy another of these great fixtures for my dressing area which also has the washer/dryer in it, and I think it will be perfect with 60 watt equivalent warm light L.E.D. bulbs.

We purchased our first one a few months ago to replace a light fixture above the sink. We liked it so much that we decided to replace the fixture over our little dinette area. The brushed nickel matches our kitchen cabinet knobs and really dresses up the area.
