Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by customer Good but arrived damaged
I bought two if these and they are great for the price. No issue with cold start in my garage in the northeast and paired with 4 5000K bulbs they put out a lot of light.
I had these shipped to my door and unfortunately one arrived with a broken diffuser. Home Depot customer service was great and sent me a new diffusor which arrived in two weeks and with lots of protection and a fragile sticker. Since they were able to replace the diffuser as a single part I was still able to install the lights the day I had planned to and slip the cover on when it arrived later.
Overall I'm happy with the product and customer service however only 4 stars due to the broken diffusor.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by whgeiger Suffers from poor design & quality control.
The lens is too short and easily falls out of fixture. This is not a good situation when the light is intended for ceiling mounting overhead. Also, the absence of a wire raceway (baffle) to protect wires that run between the ballast and bulb connectors is a concern. Heat from the four bulbs will eventually embirittle the insulation of these wires where they run very close to or touch the bulbs. Shadows from the connection to house wiring show through the lens when the light is turned on. All of these shortcomings are a result of overdoing value engineering of the product to get the selling price below competitive units.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MisterB Could have been Perfect
I bought this light because of the zero degree ballast. I needed it to replace my carport light. The light itself meets my needs and is very good. The plastic light diffuser however, as other reviewer have stated, doesn't fit properly at all after installation of the fixture. I still haven't been able to get it installed. It's simply too short...should be about 1/4 of an inch longer.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by DIYHawk They work, but not the best quality.
If you are looking for Price over Quality then these are fine. The metal lighting box was a bit out of square in a number of places. The plastic light cover is very very difficult to get off and I ended up cracking it. The lights are for the Garage, so I didn't really care much about appearance. However, if you want these lights to look really nice I would buy a more expensive pair that is easier to access the bulbs.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MattK Great fixture for the price.
The only issues with this fixture is that there are no included anchoring hardware (screws, washers, etc.) and you have to a drill a hole in the sheet metal to wire if the wiring is not directly in the center of the fixture. Bought two over the last 6 months and had to drill both to make it correct for the space.

Initially installation was easy. Had some trouble install plastic lens to base - but figured it out

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by kd12 okay but....
For the price the metal portion of the fixture is exactly what I expected.
The plastic lens however is very flimsy and does really provide any method to secure it to the fixture at all. Slight wind or vibration could cause the lens to fall fairly easily.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Tristen Good bright light
I researched fluorescent lights for days. Stared at the display for what seemed like hours. I picked this light because of the lumens rating and the price. I used the daylight deluxe bulb and I am very pleased. The only negative is the lens cover. It seems flexible now, but I fear it will become brittle and break when it comes time to change the bulbs in a few years.
Overall it is very easy to install.
