The fixture or the trim do not need to be pulled down or removed for bulb replacement. To remove the bulb, just grab the edge of the bulb and turn it counter-clockwise until it comes out of its socket. If the customer cannot grab the edge, he/she can press against the face of the bulb. Hi. I bought these a while back, but they were about an inch too long. Is there a shallower model? I have 7 can lights in my kitchen that are not sealed which allows heat to enter the shallow attic space above. I lose a lot of heat this way. Please advise.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Product Great looking product but can be difficult to install. January 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Looks good, but pricey. Although this product is a bit pricey for home depot, the quality is good and they are very easy to install. We purchased these trim pieces to replace the discolored white plastic trim that was originally installed in our home. The old trim was very unsightly and the new trim has really refreshed the look of the ceilings. April 22, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great choice for light cans in my garage I installed them in electrical cans. REMEMBER to read the directions and remove the round plate that holds the bulb socket in the can first. They installed snuggly to the ceiling and look great. October 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by As Advertised. Old recessed housing had turned to a darker shade over the years and didn't match the ceiling anymore. Easy fix! September 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Seals can lights This closes ask the wholes that millers, spiders, etc. Get in & hold out the blown in insulation from the attic. Love them & need to get some more! July 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Baffle trim for can lights Our builder had installed can light harnesses and half cones. Once you put the bulb in you could see all the way into the ceiling - it was very ugly. We replaced the cones with these baffles that are longer and it solved the problem. You had to install the correctly or they don't sit flush on the ceiling - once someone showed us to remove a part from the original harness they work perfectly. Very pleased with them. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great price Good looking trim for price and easy to get a uniformed look the only thing is the springs to hold the trim is really flimsy and makes it difficult to install October 10, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Purchase at HD Should have been more tight to the Wall when installing i see little gap very minute between the wall and air fixture September 23, 2014
