The other answer is incorrect. I work at HD and can verify that the channel is only made for 3/8" rope light.

It's a bit too small for the LED Rope light. Do you have it in a slightly larger size?

Answer:
Rope lights come in 1/2" and 3/8". Home depot only has track for the one size, so it's one of the few things they don't carry. You'll need to either get 1/2" rope light or buy your track elsewhere.

Answer:
Unfortunately at this time there is not a larger size for the LED rope light. Currently there is just a clear channel for the incandescent, which is the size listed here.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.0 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works great....except for the sticky part After reading reviews stating they did not stick very well, I assumed they may not have been properly installed. Meaning not cleaning the surface properly, or trying to affix to a porous surface. I installed mine on a new alumawood cover, cleaned and dried it before install. Clean ,dry, smooth surface. So far one continues to fall off bringing the next in line with it. My fix was a small bead off epoxy glue. Not enough to squirt out the edges, just to stay secure. So far It works. I recommend these because they hold the rope lights well and stay nearly invisible. If they fail to stick, treat them as if they came with no double stick tape and find your best solution. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good bracket poor adhesive This product looks great and fits the rope light perfectly. The only problem is the adhesive tape. I put it up and attached the rope light to it. It looked great and was extremely easy to slap it against my wall and install it. After only 3 days some of the pieces started to come off the wall. In a couple small areas it even pealed off some of the paint. I was very upset, but managed to drill holes through the bracket and wall and added a few screws per bracket to make sure it didn't fall down. This worked well and now I'm very satisfied with my lighting. I wish I would have known about this issue to start, and the product should include a few holes in the bracket along with screws. Even with all of these issues, it is still the best way I found to mount rope lights. JUST MAKE SURE YOU SCREW IN THE BRACKETS. March 13, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great design, poor execution Not suitable for outdoors, no UV protection. Also double sided tape performance not consistent. Last installation fell off a horizontal installation. November 1, 2014
