Answer:
The specifications say that it will work with most dimmers. Good thing because it is bright! It really lights up our kitchen. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Commercial-Electric-Brushed-Nickel-LED-Energy-Star-Flushmount-HUI8011L-2-BN/203742177?keyword=BRUSHED+NICKEL+LED+ENERGY+STAR+FLUSHMOUNT

Answer:
This one only comes in warm white. A majority of these types of LED flush mounts are warm white. The Hampton Bay Brushed Nickel LED Round Flushmount is listed as Bright white.

Answer:
I don't know. You should ask HD and/or the mfgr. Glass probably will cost a good part of the original cost.

Brushed Nickel LED Energy Star Flushmount is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 425.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked great while they worked. Bought two of these in the and installed them in the main floor bathrooms. The least used hall bath light failed at about 6 mos, flickering more and more. The master bath fixture lasted about another week but has started flickering and already has visible pitting/rust on the screw cap for the glass bowl. Would not recommend these, low quality parts and both failed in about 6 mos.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor product with questionable quality control I bought my first of these LED lights by Commercial Electric toward the beginning of the year and had it installed by a professional electrician to replace an old fixture that used bulbs. Unfortunately, just as other reviewers have noted, it began to flicker badly after only 4-5 months and had to be exchanged for an identical unit. The replacement fixture didn't fare any better, and failed just a few months after installation. At this point, I was advised to deal with the manufacturer, since it was now about 8 months since my initial purchase. I opted Hopefully, whoever's in charge of ordering these fixtures will take note of the growing number of negative reviews and will look into the lack of quality control for this poorly made product. I'd recommend choosing an alternate product if you want to spare yourself inconvenience and frustration.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice and bright, but don't last. After 14 months it started to flicker slowly, after another months it flickered so bad I had to replace it. It does however have a 5 year warranty.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Crazy Light I bought 6 of the Commercial Electric 696 626 brushed nickel ceiling LED lights. 3 of them failed after a short use and I had to have them replaced. The lights are all in an air conditioned environment and started to blink after being on for a while. A very poor engineering design to use under rated components that fail long before the rated life of the light. Unless you use the light for less than one hour per day I would not recommend the purchase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do Not Purchase We were flooded out of our house during the Memorial Day floods in Houston and our contractor put this light in the main bathroom. It started flickering about a month ago, just 6 months in use and it took me forever to figure out there was no light to replace, that once the unit goes out it is toast. What a pain to now have to replace the entire fixture. Do not believe their claim of lifetime, it is not true.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Crapshoot! Bought two of these for a remodel. One worked for about a year before it started to flicker erratically. Got it replaced. The second one started flickering about two years in and now am I done with these. I went and got the ones without a built-in LED light and installed them along with LED bulbs which are easier to replace. Granted that is an additional cost, but this will be less of a headache if I ever need to replace the bulbs. Not sure if it's a quality control issue of defective led lights or what, but having to replace the entire fixture just because the lights aren't working seems like a waste of time and money for me. Sometimes, keeping things separated is a better way to go. I thought it would be nice to have build in LEDs without having to replace any bulbs in the future if need be. Boy, was I wrong. Anyways, if you are considering this item. It is fairly modern looking and the lumens is very adequate. I was hoping it would last practically forever, but live and learn. I'm not sure how often this is a problem or issue for others that have purchased this item, but I've read a few reviews where this flickering issue came up for the people that purchased this item. I guess it's a crapshoot. The item has a 5 year warranty, so hopefully if you have any issues, they happen within that time. Good luck!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked for six months then started flickering and flashing When we first installed this light, we were quite pleased. However, not even six months later, the light has started to flicker/flash and then go completely dark. Turning the light on and off may relieve the issue temporarily, but the relief is of shorter and shorter duration. There's no dimmer switch and the flickering does not correlate to any movement or load issues. Based on the % of 1 star reviews and another reviewer's comment that 12% of the units he bought turned out to be duds, I'd say this product has a ~10% failure rate. We're not going to get anywhere near 30 years out of this product.

Two years later, two of them started a strobing effect which is maddening. I bought two new ones to replace them only because i don't want them to mismatch the rest of the house but i am still worried that more are going to fail soon. They look decent, and were relatively easy to install, but at this point, these do not seem to be a long term quality product...
