Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Greg Harder than expected installation
The directions drawing example do not show the correct position between the light strip and the connector for the two to work successfully. The connectors require that the light strip have the plastic taken off to expose the copper conductors. This is much easier said than done, but after a few tries it can be accomplished, However, the picture in the instructions shows the removed "hump" of plastic facing away from the "Connector Plug's" mental prongs in the final application. This is NOT the way it works. To make a good connection one must have the newly exposed copper conductors facing the "Connectors" metal prongs.
Two pictures have been attached; One showing the "wrong" way to position the light strip in the connector; The other shows the "correct way" to position the light strip in the connector before closing the lid.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DIYALWAYS LED Tape Light Connector Kit
The connectors were worthless as the light tape was too hard to use with the connectors. I bought two light kits and was able to get one installed using both kits. and a partial installation of the other one.
Not a good installation which still has problems. Tickets gone Boxes gone I'll live with them but never buy them again and be careful what you purchase from Home Depot.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bill Difficult to Install but work well, compact design, easy to solder and splice
The jumpers worked well but were not easy to install. The plastic costing on the strip lights must be removed without damaging the tape light itself in order to install the jumper. Once the exterioer plastic is removed the remainder of the installation is easy. They are also easy to cut and solder in an extension section of cable if necessary, just watch polarity.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jerry Looks great but difficult to install
I installed under cabinet lights. They look great.
There were not enough connectors (couplers)
In the box & I had to order extras.
Also should has included some type of striping tool because it was difficult to strip lights to attach connecters

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by JJ effective and somewhat fussy to install
This works well to make corners, do 180 degree turns, etc. It requires careful attention to detail and good fine motor skills with small objects when installing to get it right--follow the directions and it will work. After carefully cutting the light tape in exactly the designated place, use fingernails to separate the very thin light portion from the rounded clear plastic above it. Pull back the two apart without bending the light portion sharply. Otherwise the directions are good.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by jt7566 Connector kit is junk. However the 8' led light kit is great!
I recently bought the 8' led light kit and needed the cables to run around windows and such. The cables were hard to get connected and once connected provided an unreliable connection. i soldered small speaker wire in between the strips and works great. The 8' led kit is great! Compared to a $400 kit sold at lighting stores, the light kit is a great value!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by RichK Tricky, but works well
The connector clamps down on the end of an LED strip. It's easy to put the connection dots of the strip on the very small metal tabs of the connector, but it often doesn't work until you wiggle it around and just keep trying it, sometimes numerous times, before both electrical connections are good and the strip lights up. It clamps very tightly though, so once you get it, it will stay connected and work fine.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by sixponies Exactly what i wanted
Perfect lengths that i needed. Price was great too. Identical connector to what the original light set came with, so it worked perfectly.
