very good product, seems to work well. I'm in Property Management and we have used it several times for mold removal in apartments caused by leaks.

Use a proper fogger. It kills, not cleans or removes stain.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Scottbasic Not good by itself for removing discoloration/mold id black mold - Need chlorine based product
Did not get out dark color from outdoor furniture pad. Did very little to remove mold. If you have dirt or dark colored mold on fabric. best to was off with soap and hose off, then chlorine spray first. Then smear on this stuff (even though it apears you don't need it by then) and it may prevent future mold from accumulating as fast - but that is just a theory. I have no proof of that.

I used it to remove mold from the basement wall and floor. It worked ok but I thought it should remove the mold with out my having to scrub the wall and floor. But it did stop the spread of further mold going up the wall. It is a product I would use again If the problem comes up again.

I purchased the 1 Gallon Mold Control product and used it at my Condo in Ontario, California. There was a musty smell that I simply could not get rid of. I realized that it was MOLD. I had the Condo remediated but the remediation was a "failed remediation". Several attempts to remedy the situation also failed. The spores were now outside of containment and would now always be. I was concerned that the MOLD would travel and spread throughout the Condo to other locations (IT DID). I was so upset and depressed. I decided to use Concrobium Mold Control as a last resort. It worked like a charm. As the mist dried, it created a white crust that I simply vacuumed up and once I vacuumed the odor was gone. The mold was gone, the place smelled fresh and clean. (One issue was that in the bathroom where I used bleach there was an issue with the Concrobium not working very well). After contacting the customer support, they walked me through the process of cleaning the bleach and reapplying the Concrobium. It worked. Seems like Bleach acts as a barrier or something... I suggest that if you plan on using Concrobium, DO NOT USE bleach first. use it AFTER Concrobium if you must use it.
