Answer:
Strangely, I have only found two of the many Home Depots with equipment rentals in the Dallas area that rents these. I will pass many to go to the Lewisville location, when the fogger is returned by the current renter.

http://www.concrobium.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/Concrobium-Mold-Control-MSDS-US-2013.pdf specifies that personal protection control including respirator is not required. that being said that is just for the fogger. the mold itself is another issue.

In the specs area,it says a rinse is required. Does that mean that every surface touched by the fog has to be wiped off?

Unless over-applied, and thus a white film left, this product should not be rinsed as it leaves ongoing protection.

Hi SB123. Thank you for your question and interest in Concrobium products. Once fogged, the Concrobium Mold Control does not require a rinse. In fact, when Concrobium Mold Control dries on a moldy surface, it encapsulates the mold and crushes it right down to the root structure. There is a film that is left on the surface (which is typically invisible, unless the product has been over applied) that helps to provide a layer of mold resistance. The only rinse and/or clean up that would be recommended after use would be in the case of over application, where there would be a white film left on the surface, or if there were any visible mold growth on the treated surface. In either case, for cleaning simply dampen a rag or sponge with the product and simply wipe over the affected areas. This will not only clean the surface but also leave that preventive layer for future mold resistance. Read Less

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 19 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Product Quality product. Many uses other than Concrobium even though that is my major purpose for the purchase. August 2, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good fooger Good fogger but the product sold to be used with it is not effective. Also, you can just rent it at Home Depot.. Use it with something else. June 8, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A breeze to use! The fogger was very user friendly, and easy to use. It also performed very well....a great product! January 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Concrobium Mold Control Fogger Loved this fogger! It isn't cheap, but it is effective. Musty odors are gone! Didn't have to hire remediation company who use similar equipment. I read feedback here & many other online reviews. Looked at cheaper/off brand models. Decided to spend the money for the Concrobium brand & used about 3 gallons for a downstairs basement area that's been hit by water damage/back up over the years. Gutted everything-all woods especially. Don't leave the area for too long as the fogger uses about a 1/2 gallon in 15 minutes on Low to Med and you may come back to find it working dry-don't do this (like I did the first 1/2 gallon). Whole gallon can be depleted w/in a 1/2 hour. Definitely fogs exceptionally and permeates crevices and small areas. Some areas did receive a light coat of dampness-dried up to a light white dusting and was easy to clean and did not damage items which got over-coated. I read somewhere a complaint that the gallon solutions are just sodium bicarb and is quite cheap but I used the Concrobium gallons because I did not want to clog up a $329 fogger and plan to reuse this periodically if needed. Well worth the money! This basement was awful before using this brand, now there are no mold or musty odors and we can actually smell the new wood on the newly framed walls! Very nice Concrobium! Thank you Home Depot for having the solutions in stock and for having this machine quickly shipped! December 10, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Concrobium Mold Control & Fogger I recertly bought a house and the basement was so bad with mold it could be smelled through the entire 2 story house. We were quite nervous since we are very sensitive to mold... and this was BAD! I purchased this system on line and had it delivered to my local store. Delivery was fast. My first step was to remove all the rotten wood. (Wear a respirator ) I then preashure washed the walls and floor... After drying it out with a dehumidifier, I fogged with 3 gallons. I also fogged the first and second floors with 1 gallon each.... The reviews are acurate! This system is easy set up and use... And best of all, It works! The odor and mold is gone, even to the most sensitive nose! Plan on fogging my boat in the spring. I've included a few photos, just an example of how bad it really was.... I highly recommend this product. January 27, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by This product worked great It was easy to use and control and worked well. The customer service was great. The item was shipped when it was supposed to as well. We would use this product on other houses as well as we have many mold jobs coming up. This product came highly recommended by an employee and has lived up to everything he said about it. was also very light, which helped. The price was also very reasonable. It was small and easy to handle and also easy to clean. It was a high quality product. This is a great product and I would definitely give it two thumbs up. May 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The Fogger is worth every dime!!!!!!! Had mold in my house from a roof leak. I had a company come in remove all drywall that had mold on it. They put my house back together like new but still had a smell. After the contractor trying all kinds of products I purchased the fogger. The smell is gone and my house is back to normal. I went on the manufactures website and there is a hole list of uses for the fogger . Yes it was pricey but i use my unit about once a week. One of my neighbors got bed bugs in her house. She bought some kind of oil and she is now bed bug free. I highly recommend this Fogger and Mold control! February 19, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Can be rented for about $30/day at home depot. We rented this and it worked well. It really fills the space with a dense "fog". I'd think large spaces may need more than one. We did a bedroom and two bathrooms and it was great. Search online to find home depot's instructions regarding how much product to use. November 8, 2014
