THERE ARE A LOT OF RAIN BARRELS ON THE MARKET FOR SALE, THERE ARE ROUND OR TRIANGULAR IN SHAPE, BUT THIS RAIN BARRELS IS THE BEST SO FAR. IT CAN HOLD 62 GALLONS OF WATER. I BOUGHT MY RAIN BARRELS AT HOME DEPOT AND I PICKED IT UP IN THE STORE SO THAT I CAN SAVE MONEY ON SHIPPING CHARGES.
IT SUPER THIN AND CAN BE INSTALL ALONGSIDE A FENCE AND THE AMAZING PART IS THAT THIS BARREL CAN ADAPT TO YOUR GARDEN AND YOU CAN EVEN PLACE SMALL PLANTS FOR DECORATION.
INSTALLATION IS SOMEWHAT A LITTLE BIT TRICKY BUT A DO IT YOURSELF GUY LIKE MYSELF CAN INSTALL THIS RAIN BARRELS IN AN HOUR OR LESS.
SO FAR I INSTALLED MY SECOND RAIN BARREL AND MAYBE I WILL GET ANOTHER ONE IN THE FUTURE. I REALLY DO RECOMMEND THIS BARREL. THANK YOU

First HD did NOT even know they sold these, until I spoke with the manufacture and they told me HD not only has these at retail, but has them at the best price. ordered 4. took them 16 miles down a dirt road and the problems started. the bung is 3". problem is the ONLY 3" rubber connector made on earth, is about 2" too short to connect the tanks. so I had to use hard gray water plastic 3" RV connectors. these drip and don't seal, without wrapping the entire overlap in rubber sealant tape then put on the hose clamp. then, so far, and they have NEVER froze. Three tanks have developed leaks. all 3 in the same place. I think it is a injection soft spot. the square recessed molds for strength I think, all have cracked and leaked on a bottom square injection center. whatever the cause, the first 2 patched OK with a standard bike tire patch kit. the 3rd one didn't and it is my 1st tank in the chain. so I cant by-pass it. without losing all of my water more or less...

I needed an alternative way to keep from having a drain pipe across a walk at the back of my house. I couldn't go under the walk because of other lines underground at that spot. This wall is only 6" deep so I could use it and not block the walk with a traditional rain barrel. I had to mount into block, so I am just hoping that the massive weight of 62 gallons of water will not pull the anchors loose from the wall. Other than that, it is good so far. It has rained once and the wall filled up very quickly, but it was a downpour. I hope it takes longer in the future! I cannot find any of the accessories from the company or home depot, even though they are listed on the instruction manual, so I am afraid that they are no longer making this product. May want to get it while it lasts if you are really interested.

I bought 8 of these and installed 6 so far. I had problems with missing parts on the first four but when I ordered the remaining four it was better packaged and all parts were there. The company has improved their shipping packages so the parts don't go missing. I installed them myself with additional parts purchased at my local Home Depot. They are installed against a garage where I previously had problems with flooding from the downspout. These solved my flooding problem and I now have a drip irrigation system for the plants next to my driveway.
Follow the instructions carefully if you want to connect multiple tanks as the spacing between tanks is important, although they are not difficult to take off and move if you drain the water out. My downspout connection is a little complicated because I needed something to keep the leaves from the neighbors tree from getting in, and I wanted to flush the first few gallons from each storm, because the roof gets pretty dirty. I couldn't be happier with the system. It was a bit intimidating to install because I had to drill holes into my garage wall, but that was the hardest part. You will need a hole saw and drill to install if connecting multiple tanks.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by MarkM Purchased 2 - both sprung leaks
I purchased two of these walls back in Feb. 2014. All was great until Oct. 2014 when one sprung a leak in one of the indented areas. It appears there is a circular seam in that area and it cracked right along that line. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement. So far that one is working ok. Then today I noticed the other original tank has sprung a similar leak. At this point I'm not sure if there was a manufacturing defect of some sort during this period or what. I'll be calling them again, but at this point I can't recommend these tanks. I can't fault their customer service as they were prompt in responding to my issue.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Watersaver persistence finally pays off
It took 3 orders to get all the parts to arrive. The first order arrived with no directions or parts and not knowing what was supposed to be included, I took it. Later I discovered that there were several missing items that had not been shipped. A few phone calls to the Home Depot on line phone people finally was successful in getting all the missing parts to me. Home Depot people were very helpful once I discovered the error so it must have been a vendor shipping error. The concept for the item is great but the journey was unnecessary, but educational.
I recommend the item but make sure if you order that you check to see if all parts for installation are there before taking the item home.

This is a great rain collector primarily due to its compact size. That is really the selling point. It can be placed against the house or wall and not take up much depth. Of course that depth has to go somewhere and that is in its height. Although I read the dimensions, it seemed taller and thicker than I was expecting once it arrived. Aside from that, its space saving design really takes the cake. Installation took about an hour, but wasn't hard. It doesn't come with any hoses so make sure you buy those separately.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by CanyonFan Size is incorrect. It's 37.5" wide!
BEWARE! We bought two of these to fit in tight spaces. Unfortunately the actual width is closer to 37.5 inches than 32 inches described. We will have to cut down the trim on our door by about 1.5 inches to get the first one to fit and the other one would extend 7.5 inches past the wall end instead of 2 inches, which won't work logistically or mechanically. Fortunately we can use the second one in another location, but it is annoying. (The height is correct and the depth of 6.5 inches is close enough.)
Otherwise the tanks look good and I have high hopes they will work well.
