The Cooper wall plate is a little larger than the screwless wall plate from Lutron, which is why I ordered it. I needed to cover sheet rock problems on a couple of switches. Note: it does not look the same as the Lutron wall plate, but is still nice looking.

Installation was easy. The cover pops off with a flat bladed screwdriver and the mounting plate has a large arrow indicating which way is up. The mounting plate screws to the switch/outlet using the same holes a normal cover plate would use, then the cover snaps on.
The finish is shiny, which is what I was after.
