I never though a humidifier could make such a difference in my life. I sleep better, wake up more refreshed, and no more sore throat. I love this thing.
Puts out a heavy stram of mist when turned all the way up, and the adjustments allow for precise misting.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Ladybat2 For Plants and Terrariums Too!
I love to watch the mist cascade down and around my plants and orchids. Very zen and peaceful looking and I've discovered that you can stick one end of aquarium tubing into the out let hole in the top of the unit and run the other end of the tube into an reptile/terrarium tank and turn the unit on high and watch it pump lovely fog into your terrarium! Costs less than most of those expensive reptile fog machines and its much more pleasing to the eye to look at because the unit is pretty, stylish and zen looking. Home Depot sells every size of air line tubing too so if you want to try out this humidifier for your terrarium grab some of that while you are in the store as well.
I'm able to keep humidity levels around my plants above 50% with this unit by boiling water on my stove in the mornings until I get the humidity level to where I want then turn the stove off and the unit on running it on medium and it does a great job keeping the humidity level up for the rest of the day. Even running a fan on low next to it for air circulation for my orchids does not dry up the humidity this unit puts out.
Its quiet too and needs no filters unless you have really hard water which I do not. I've seen absolutely no white dust or mineral deposits left behind from its vapor.
I run it on medium an average of 8 hours per day and I only have to fill it every other day. And when it runs out of water it shuts itself off so you don't have to worry about it burning itself out if you forget to fill it up again. Be sure not to fill it all the way to the top though. I made that mistake and it does not put out much vapor when you do that.
And I love it because its lovely to look at too. At night the little light inside gives off a very subtle glowing light. Looks great in my grow room area.
See my video I made of it. So very zen.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Dave Works well for a small humidifier
This unit will keep the humidity in a small room pretty consistent according to your personal level of comfort. On high and medium settings, i did notice some white dust from the hardness in my water. I purchased a demineralization cartridge for it and now run it on low and the white dust is no longer an issue.
I also made a small mark with a sharpie where the tank and base come together, makes refitting the tank to the base much easier.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by elk321 Good for the price
This is the only humidifier I have owned so I don't have anything to compare it to - I find it is probably average for the price. Some people write about leaking - you just have to properly handle it especially when removing the tank to refill it to prevent spills. It is kind of inconvenient to have to remove the tank, flip it upside down to fill, then flip it back over and align it properly to reassemble. Overall however, it works well and I bought the all white version which is nice because it blends in with my house.
