This is a great product...strong and non-stretching.
I couldn't tie knots in it, so had to use mini cable clamps.
Nice to get it in color green to fit into the outdoor environment.
Surprisingly low price on this item.

I bought item in-store before. Quality is different from buying in-store. You can see the wire inside is a lot thinner. I am returning the item.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Coyote This wire has a working load of only 35 pounds
Neither the picture nor the product description on the web advise you of this low working load. However it is highlighted on the packaging when you receive it. I could not use it and had to return it because of the low strength.
This wire inside the vinyl is stranded, and there is much more vinyl than wire. The total wire diameter is not nearly as much as the solid core, vinyl coated Hillman wire that has an advertised working load of 100 pounds. This stranded wire will not hold a shape and cannot be bent and twisted into a loop. It says on the packaging not to knot it either.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by JW99 Clothesline is very weak.
The clothesline is indeed about 5/32, but the metal wire is very thin, and the vinyl accounts for most of that thickness. The wire does seem to be steel, just very thin. After stringing a 25' line and making sure it was tight, we found that wet clothes stretched the wire, created a serious sag of about a foot. We tightened it again, but it is sagging again. Looking at this line side-by-side with the 5/32 line we used to use, we see the amount of metal is about half - a serious decrease in quality.
