Answer:
the easier way to do it is contact your local home depot and order it online, then have it shipped to the store which is free instead of paying the extra 70 bucks to have it shipped to your house

Rated 2.1 out of 5 by 18 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Waste of Money, Piece of JUNK!!!!!!!! This is the biggest piece of junk that I have ever bought. Had problems with it from day 1. Had to take it in and get work done on it after the first week because after the first use it did not want to start. Then when I got it back it would only run on half choke and would die with choke off. Used it for the rest of the year and the following year it had the same problem with it not wanting to start. Must say that found it more useful as a sledge hammer even though it is now in many pieces. April 19, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by update on my trimmer. i was wrong ok so in the beginning the trimmer was great loved it until the throttle cable broke, the inner workings of my shaft stripped out and the clutch broke.. sent it through home depot to the manufacturers thinking ok its under warrantee it'll be fine. took cub cadet from may 30th until dnovember22nd to fix my trimmer under rush order. i use it as the trimmer for my buisness. anyways, i get it back and it will not start so i looked at it and they removed one of the lifter springs and didnt replace it, so i replaced it myself. they put in a dead magnito. an they melted the broken throttle cable onto the trigger with excess plastic. also i found that they didnt replace the shaft or clutch. im very displeased at the quality of the trimmer and that the manufacturer does not live up to the old standards of repair that they used to March 12, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by WASTE OF MONEY!!!! I bought this trimmer thinking i was getting a quality trimmer.... just like all the other reviews. After one year the pull cord was seized up. Had it repaired and now there is oil leaking everywhere and pull cord has broke again. This is a known problem but CC refuses to acknowledge it. I'm out $200 plus the cost of a new trimmer. But hey they got my money so who cares right!! This is a company that does NOT stand behind their products and I would advise everyone to not purchase anything dealing with CC!!! November 16, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cub Cadet 4 cycle Weedeayer Excellent product. This replaced same that lasted 4.5 years. Fuel tube was replaced 2x, leaked gas from engine. Hope they fixed those issues. Appears they did. New handle is flimsy, I took handle off previous one and it's perfect for new one. Very sturdy! Cub Cadet-start using handle from your previous model. Don't cut back where you hold the unit! String bump release and holder improved. October 20, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Awful This things is awful. Just plain awful. I had the old CC and got a second as I have the attachments. It is not even close to he same quality. The old model simply required 10 pumps on the prime bulb and and a pulls to start. This requires a multi stage process and 3 different choke positions while holding the throttle waiting 30-60 seconds etc. Then starting again. After all that it typically doesn't start. If it does, Then it still runs like garbage. It's so complicated that if the starting instruction sticker fell off I would never get it started again. It never revs up to up to full power and is leaking oil. This thing is junk. DO NOT BUY. HD you should recall as I can't believe you ever sold this piece. July 20, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by TWO MAJOR FLAWS I BOUGHT THIS TRIMMER ONLINE BECAUSE IT SEEMED SO SIMILAR TO MY OLD RYOBI (4 CYCLE, CURVED SHAFT, SIMILAR LINE HOLDER). I DIDN'T REALIZE, HOWEVER, THAT THE CUB CADET ROTATES ONLY 90 DGREES INSTEAD OF A FULL 180 DEGREES, WHICH IS BETTER FOR TRIMMING AROUND OUR MANY FLOWER & VEGIE BEDS. I ALSO FOUND THAT THE ROUNDED PLASTIC HANDLE PROVIDES MUCH LESS FIRM CONTROL COMPARED TO THE RYOBI'S METAL HALF OVAL DESIGN. September 2, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cub Cadet was sold to MTD years ago. Now it is junk The first one that I bought was dead. I had filled it with oil as directed, gassed it up and then tried to pull the started. It would not turn. It was totally ceased up. I returned it can considered it fluke. Then next one was running OK for a while. But then the carburetor just died. No way to re-build it so it costs about $100 to buy a new carb. After three carburetors I just gave up. The local mower shop indicated that you had to run pure gas, not the gas that you get at standard gas stations because it has 10% alcohol and the alcohol ruins the rubber inside of the carb. He suggested go to the local airport and get pure (aviation) gasoline. Given that all most ALL gasoline at filling stations have 10% alcohol it consider it a failure for the "new" Cub Cadet. Bad carburetor design. and over $100 for a new out? Get out outta here. May 1, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by I like the 4 cycle Bought this unit two years ago to replace my old 2 cycle ryobi which I had several attachments for. This unit is heavier than most I looked at, but it did seem to be made of sturdier material. The gas(ethanol) eat up the gas feed line(I thought I had emptied the tank.) The unit set up about a year. I recently replaced the gas line and it cranked right up. Hope it stays running. The price is Ok for a 30cc unit and it accepts the cheaper attachments which comes in handy. I would recommend the straight shaft. I cannot get used to a curved shaft and use my old ryobi straight shaft for weed eating with a Samauri(?) 3 string head from HD. July 3, 2013
