Answer:
The bread machine doesn't have a gluten free setting. Several online bread machine recipes that are gluten free and can be used in a bread machine can be searched and found on the internet.

There are actually three size loaves depending on which recipe you follow. There is a 1 a 1.5 and a 2 pound loaf. The ingredient amounts are all listed for whatever size you choose.

Answer:
It does seem a little misleading but actually the size of the loaf is dependent on the amount of ingredients used. The machine will process 1, 1 1/2, and a 2 lb loaf.

Depending on how much you ingredients you put in you can produce a 1, 1 1/2, or a 2 lb loaf. Works great for me. If there are any questions the included recipe book pretty much covers it all.

The recipe book that comes with the Bread Maker details the time but generally it is 3-4 hours depending on the recipe plus there is a delay setting for up to 8 hours.

That depends on the bread being made and the size of the loaf. There are 12 menu items to choose all with different process times. There is a 12 hour bake delay setting, it can only be used if there is no perishable ingredients contained in the recipe. Hope this is helpful. Read Less

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Cuisinart CBK-100 series makes great white bread Removing the paddle after 8 beeps and not having a Big hole in finished product is a GREAT improvement. Really loud beeps --but bread maker is in laundry room, so works well for me. Top outside surface is shiny and needs to slant as did my old Sunbeam. In order to set it, I stand on a step stool and use flashlight in order to see to see markings of size, crust color, etc. Finished bread slips out onto rack easily. The 3 wheat bread recipes I've tried have been extra heavy and did not rise well. White bread is sooo Good. September 20, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Easiest Way to make Great Bread I've been making bread from scratch for years, it's a messy process that does not always have the best results. Then I ordered the Cuisinart CBK-100, and bread making is a whole different ballgame. I had a problem on my first loaf because I wasn't familiar with the programming, I picked the wrong loaf size so I ended up mixing it in the machine and baking it in the oven. Not a big deal, the bread turned out awesome. After that it all came together and I learned from that mistake and have never looked back, I try all kinds of breads and experiment when possible. This machine is the best, easy to program, and it makes the most fabulous bread. It use to be quite a challenge to make bread in winter, but I can see it will be much easier with a bread machine. You can pretty much throw all the ingredients in the machine and let it do it's thing, in a short while you have wonderful fresh bread. The only thing you need to pay attention to is adding ingredients after the knead cycle, if you are making specialty breads, and when to take our the kneading paddle if you don't want a big hole in the bottom of your bread. After a couple of loaves, I felt very confident with the process, and look forward to making some exciting breads. There are three loaf sizes, 1-1.5-2 pound loaves. I usually make the 1.5 lb loaf it's a good size loaf, the 2 lb load is colossal. If you like bread and want it your way, this machine will make you happy. I wished I'd bought one years ago. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect product Best bang for your buck. I researched a lot of bread makers but this one gives me everything I want and more for the best price. It makes delicious bread every time and all I have to do it add the ingredients then press start. I've bought it as a gift for a few more people since I love it so much. Fresh bread doesn't have to be an overlooked luxury for busy families February 23, 2016
