This is the best in my kitchen now.I always feared purchasing a pressure cooker because of what was said about the safe use,but I wish that I could have purchased it sooner,I have hardly used my stove and meals are ready super fast.

It pretends to be "stainless" but it's not. Not user friendly. The inner pot is teflon coated (not stainless).
6 quarts it too small to made stew for the whole family.

Quality built, simple controls, light weight (easy to carry) and cleanup is quick and easy! This my 4th pressure cooker and this one is best overall. Not only do I recommend this item to others, I purchased another one for a wedding gift!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mlw757 This cooker is a must in a busy kitchen!
The Cuisinart Pressure cooker was highly recommended by my son and his wife and my sister. They were not wrong. It is easy to use, easy to clean and produces a fine tasting meal. The cooker is very quiet and the time setting feature is my favorite. You can set it and finish other kitchen preparations without worrying that the food is not properly cooked. The instruction booklet needs a little tweaking. The time for cooking whole potatoes was 10 minutes and they really needed 12 minutes . Still a timesaver.
