I got this one because it uses the same three-ply construction as their similar saucepans, of which I have 4. They are beautifully crafted pans. They clean up like a dream and you can get them to look brand new. It's hard to burn anything in them. One drawback-----I am unable to "season" the pan so it behaves like it's non-stick. You still have to use cooking oil of some kind or other fat. I've only had it for about 3 weeks now. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a high end pan that's not a coated or anodized non-stick pan.
