First of all let me respond to the other reviews. Yes, if you track wet feet in your house it will leave a residue that is hard if not impossible to get up but why would you do that? Secondly, Yes, this will change the color of your grout and any natural stone. That is EXACTLY what it is suppose to do. Does anyone actually research a product before they buy it?
This is the best stuff there is for what its made to do. Seal and Enhance without the "wet" look. It REALLY darkens the color and brings out the natural old stone look with colors in the stone you didn't even know were there. I can't tell you how much we liked this on our back splash in the kitchen. So much that I spent crazy $$ do put in on our natural stone patio. I don't like the wet look and i love natural stone so this does exactly what we wanted it to do. When you have a lot of stone it tends to wash out in the sunlight and this brings the individual colors out of the stone from red and green specs to gold and black to a rainbow of small pieces of different colors in the natural rock. We will see how well it does outside over time but I can tell you its waterproof but lets the stone breath at the same time.
The bad: Its permanent. Test a small area if you are concerned. Don't wear your shoes though the house after you have stepped in it until it completely dries. Its crazy expensive although a little goes a long way but I do feel its still too expensive. It will change the color of your stone and grout to a darker color but personally I think this is a feature not a bad thing.
In all cases. Do your research on a product before you use it. If you just want to seal what you have don't use this stuff. Get a clear sealer. This is probably the #1 product used by high end professionals who want this kind of look.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by expertdiy very difficult to work with
we are building a new house and are using this product in some areas to enrich the color and another brand, Stonetech, to simply seal other areas.
this aquamix products is much, much more difficult and less forgiving than the other. This one streaks, dries slowly and is very difficult to work with having to go over freshly sealed areas in order to clean off excess sealer and this also really slows down the speed with which you can get the job totally sealed. Don't use this one, try something else.

Do not use on natural travertine. It lost all of its natural features and changed the color of the stone. I like the product on tile but not on stone.
