This stuff is the best of the best...I did my research, and every positive thing I have read about this product has proven to be true. I just wish they sold a container of this twice the size, because there is way, way, more than you could ever use. You could tile a kitchen and two bathrooms and still have a good amount left.
It goes on easy..soaks in...and really does respell liquids and stains. We installed chalk white (and porous) Travertine tile in our kitchen, including the stove backsplash....and my fear was things like spaghetti sauce staining the tile.
I did try staining some sample tiles, and while the manufacturer is honest in saying that some things may still stain tile...I actually had good luck splashing both spaghetti sauce....and mustard on the sample times...and both wiped off with a damp cloth.
I do recommend you read the instructions carefully, and apply two applications. Unlike some others here...I did not notice any real unpleasant odor or fumes..but you still will want to keep your windows open.
Additionally.......this product did not stain the tile a different color at all....nor did it chance the "feel" of the tile whatsoever.

My brand new vacation condo has around 800 square feet of slate flooring. As it is summer; contractors are too busy, in my area to seal floors (or even return calls). Home Depot had several solutions available.
This product is almost $100 per gallon; but, it goes a long way to seal and protect my flooring. I used a lambswool applicator and did it myself. The product has almost no odor and dries very quickly.
I did not want a shiny look to the floor and this product cannot be detected as a coating on the floor. The only way to know it is there is to dump some water on the floor and watch it bead up.
I also used this product to seal all of my granite counters. The future also includes sealing rock columns and wall features.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by webpuddin Great grout sealer - appearance remains unchanged
I wanted a good grout / tile/ stone sealer that would seal my grout and tumbled travertine tile, but keep the dry look as opposed to enhanced color / wet look. Researched and found this. Hasn't been on but a few weeks, but so far, so good.
The product DOES NOT change the appearance. Initially it darkens it when wet, but when it dries out, it looks like dry, like original. Easy to use & apply. Remember to wipe off after 5 min or it may look cloudy.
I used it on tumbled rough travetine countertop. Travertine still has that dry, stony character. No chance to observe stain resistance yet.
An internet study showed this to be one of the best, if not 'the best' for stain resistance. My only experience so far, is that I also sealed my floor grout with it (porcelain tile). When I went to caulk tub, excess caulk easily cleaned from the tile, tub, AND grout!
The only drawback is that the dry feeling travetine, after one coat - could not tell much difference from orig. But after 2 coats (necessary as per instructions) ... the travertine had a slightly rubbery or plastic like texture. Just slight, and is OK, but not feel like original stone to the hand. Seems like it has a thin surface coat. You may or may not find this OK ...so test, &test w 2 coats.
I will use it on my future tiles that I do not want enhanced.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HP So glad I choose this one!
After reading all the reviews I went to HD to buy this sealer. The customer service person helped me pick out an applicator & recommend the Miracle sealer over this one because all the contractors in my area use it. I almost bought the Miracle sealer but I'm glad I didn't! I liked the fact every review on the Sealers Choice Gold said the water beaded up & there was not a strong chemical smell. I applied 2 coats to the grout on the floor & it beaded immediately! I applied 2 coats to the shower grout but in some areas it looked like water had seeped through. I applied a 3rd coat & this time absolutely no water seeped through! There is no sticky residue & the grout (chocolate brown) did not turn hazy or discolored. All tiles are ceramic & I used a roller applicator for the floor & a foam brush for the shower. I also used it to seal my travertine deco band. Can't speak for how long this will last but I'm glad I purchased this sealer! I went back to HD to let the salesperson know how good the sealer worked & she said sometimes contractors go with what the know & don't try anything new. Too bad because this product also has the micro-ban in it to prevent mildew & mold.

I think $100.00 per gallon is EXPENSIVE for this type of product! However, we have tried cheaper versions, which did not work, hoping to stop a color leaching problem associated with this semi-porous, ceramic tile. Aqua Mix appears to stopped about 80% of the color transfer to our socks, acceptable considering how foot traffic previously dragged the leaching to our carpet. The manufacturer says their product is penetrating. But, how long will it take foot traffic to get through the surface to again begin the leaching problem? Protection is supposed to last a year...we'll see.

Be sure to wipe your tile down 4-5 minutes after sealer is put on tile. If not, residue will remain and alter the tile's look. I do two coats and it lasted about 4 months on slate under heavy use. This stuff is really strong. Use a mask, have windows open and plan on being out of the house for the hours after application. Don't use around children.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by frank235 Good but be careful
The main difference between this and similar products appears to be the relative concentration of the "active ingredient". Since we didn't try the other products ($30 and up) we can't compare that.
However you do have to be very careful wiping up the excess after the application period (5 mins). You need to use a buffing motion to ensure buildup and swirls don't appear in the finish.
We tried it on both granite and sandstone. The sandstone repelled water after only 2 coats (2 to 3 coats are recommended).
A small amount goes a long way - we purchased a gallon for kitchen countertops and 90% of it is left over.
