I read all the pro forums comparing grout and features. I concluded that epoxy was the best due to its durability, being stain free, water proof and no need to seal it. So I bought the best and easiest epoxy you can get. It was a huge hassle to divide (by weight) into small enough batches so it would not harden before use. Then I found it was impossible to get to stay in the joints nicely and hard to wipe off. So before it dried I ripped it all out and bought Fusion Pro instead. Great decision. It worked like a dream and looks great. Durability will be discovered over time, but I love it on the floor and in the shower. It has all the same benefits of epoxy - stain proof, no sealer, water proof, etc. The fact that it's premixed is wonderful. It meant that when I found I needed to touch up a spot I missed which trim did no cover on the floor, weeks after grouting the floor, that I could just open the bucket take out a a tiny blob and fix it in 2 minutes. No way to do that with cement or epoxy. If you still had any left you'd have to mix a much bigger batch.
Some complain about haze issues, but I found doing a smaller area at a time and wiping immediately helped as did using a couple rounds with a paper towel over the damp sponge as the last pass. Instructions mention dragging a micro fiber towel over the surface of the tile, but that means having to clean that towel many times to ensure you are not dragging more haze across it. Paper towels you use once and chuck.
Also worth noting, I used the matching sanded chalk in the vertical corners of the shower and it matches the grout perfectly, you'd swear I grouted them. Looks great.
Now I'm just hoping the microban stuff really keeps mold from appearing. Time will tell.

A bit pricey, but the ease of use makes up for it for this DIY'er. It's has sealant in the pre-mix so no follow-up steps. Love it.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Drob Beware!! Bright white is not white!!
My husband and I bought this grout for our white tile in our shower. To our surprise it is anything but white. It's more of a light tan.All that time and money spent and now our shower looks dingy. I dont how they can advertise this as bright white. I have used this company many times in both the sanded and non sanded white grout and it looks beautiful. I think company should pay to have my grout redone.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by RZR1 Check cure time! Tub says 3 days, but website says 7 days.
Please check the cure time on this grout!! The tub says three days, but Custom's website says 7 days. I called technical support and confirmed that the cure time is indeed 7 days. Clearly Custom Buildiing Products has a problem on their hands. How can a product be expected to perform in the manner which is expected with conflicting cure times? Here is the cure time from the website.
Once grouting of walls is completed,
remove the towels and dry off the tile
and grout joints.
The floor assembly must be dry for
24 hours before grouting.
After grouting, allow the entire tile
assembly to cure for seven (7) days
before running water in the shower.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MAMAWHITE Worked great for me.
I believe the split reviews are due to application error on the installers part. I am no grout pro, have done 4 or 5 different grout jobs. Decided to use this because it is pre mixed and doesn't require sealing. I used the Delorian Grey on my bright white, glossy 4 x 10 wall tiles and my white mosaic floor tiles. You need to do smaller sections at a time than usual, I did about 3 x 4 areas and had no problem removing haze. Also, once completely dry mine was very hard and stable. If you truly read the instructions and follow them, you should have no problem.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Patrick 1 yr later - ripping it out! terrible product
the cure time on this product is ridiculous. it is so fast you hardly have any time to white up and remove the haze. now a year later it's chipping and falling out and exposing the subfloor. it's so cheap I'm just using a flat head screwdriver and scraping it out easily. I'm going to Lowe's and picking up the same epoxy grout I used in the foyer which looks awesome and I'd durable. do not buy this product. Do not install this product.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MEinNE Gray with a touch of blue
No complaints about this product. Fusion Pro pre-mixed grout is an awesome, easy to use product. One caveat. Check the color carefully before use. We bought the Delorean gray liking the lighter gray look. However, it wasn't until we had grouted our project that we noticed that there was a blue tint

Color and texture were consistent through six containers. This was so much better than mixing it ourself and it looks like a professional installation.
