A little more expensive then most grouts, but was a breeze to work with, was evenly mixed, and nice and smooth. Worth every penny if the job comes out looking like a pro did it. Color was spot on and looked great with the tile I bought.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Kamila Hard to work with
I was very disappointed. This product was recommended to me by Home Depot staff person as easy in application process and extremely easy to work with. Twice the price of regular one.
Product has very thick texture, is "sandy" and not smooth. It was a workout to grout 20sq ft of backsplash (and I did a few in my life). Smell is very strong and may be disturbing to some people.
It takes a lot of time to dry.
directions on a package say that it is enough for XX sq ft but due to the thick texture and being so hard to put on you have to buy twice more.
Dries way too quick and cleaning is harder than with regular grout.

I agree with other reviews about cure time. I installed a tile shower pan and the grout is eroding after a couple months. Tech support informed me to wait 7 days on a shower pan which i did not. CBP would not send replacement grout. I will use this product again. It seems they have changed their tune on how long to let it dry. The tub says wait three days before exposing to water which i most likely adhered to as a I am a stickler for the directions. You need to put on the directions to wait seven days and should have sent me replacement tub of grout. I do like the grout and will use again but am not impressed with service after the sale.

Shower floor keeps eroding. Last cure was over 7 days with 2 days to dry out before repair just in case. Lasted almost four weeks. Failed in two places today. This is the fourth repair.
Called custom building products twice. Thinks the shower head (rainfall) is tooooo wet (geez guys really), or the floor substrate is the root cause. Already tried new quart of grout to rule out that problem. If they care about the head, then maybe it just cant handle water. Sort of has to don't you think?
And what a pain in the you know what to clean off the tiles. Haze is a good cleanup job unless you buy the release product. I didn't part with cash, so this is a major waste of time and money. Over a year messing with this stuff.
run away don't walk.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by RG Excellent - if you follow some simple rules
These are the rules ...
1. Use a tile sponge with a microfiber backing!
2. Clean off tile immediately doing a small patch!
3. Do not use on or let get onto porous surfaces!
4. Usual tile cookbook rules
The product has a silicon component that is not easily removed once it dries. My daughter works in a design group that specifies the grout, but installers were sloppy and got it on a porous surface adjacent to the new tile work. That porous surface had to be removed and replaced.
Because of the formulation, be sure to use the tile sponge that has the microfiber backing since it is important to clean off the tiles immediately after doing a small patch. (I discovered this sponge at Home Depot.) The microfiber on the firm sponge allows for immediate cleaning without removing grout from the joint. Just having a microfiber towel is not sufficient since that will affect the grout line.
If you do not clean well and expect to just wipe of the haze the next day, be warned. Probably because of the silicon component it does not just wipe off with a wet towel the next day. By that time you have to use your fingernail or other method to remove any spots. Not a tragedy, but it is extra work.
Wonderful product, if you use it with those tile sponges with the microfiber backing!!!

When it said ready to use I thought that meant open lid and start using it. The product was hard to use and got everywhere.

Very easy to use. I will use Fusion from now on when I need to tile. I liked the ease of spreading and clean up was very quick.

Extremely difficult to install, it's like working with sandy play dough. Eventually had to apply with my fingers to fill in grout lines where I removed old grout.
