Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 70 reviewers.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by It shrinks Great color match for the Linen Fusion Pro grout, but it shrinks too much. It does not wipe off like latex caulk for paint, so it is best to run painters tape on both sides of the joint for neat and clean lines like you would for silicone caulk. Leave the joint as full as possible. Attached are two after pictures showing how much the caulk shrunk. The grout joint is 1/8" wide. Where there are bumps in the picture, I had thinset or grout partially filling the joint. I contacted Custom Building Products and the rep had me send pictures. He basically said it was my fault for not using backer rod and acknowledged that the product shrinks. Nobody sells backer rod that small. There are lots of air pockets in the caulk, so most of the time, you can't run a smooth continuous bead and will need to mold the joint with a finger. Get extra. I'm up to 7 tubes of this stuff for two bathrooms. If I do another bathroom tile job, I will grout the wall to wall and floor transitions then run a small screw driver down the joint so I have a narrow and shallow gap to caulk. For my most recent joints, I pre-caulked with regular painter's caulk to make sure there are no deep spots or voids while being sure to leave enough of the edge of the tile clear so the caulk sticks. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Color is misrepresented! As other reviewers have stated, the color on the tube and on their color chart is no where near the color that this caulk is. I purchased it to match the Linen grout, which is also lighter then the color chart, and the color of this caulk is much lighter then that. Please fix your colors!! How can people pick the right products if the information is incorrect? August 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Disguising Seams in Floor I used this product to disguise some of the larger gaps/seams in my vinyl plank flooring. Unfortunately when we were laying the bathroom floor, we had to navigate around a door and vanity cabinet, which left us with some small seams. Being a perfectionist and also not wanting any sort of moisture to seep into the seems, I purchased 2 other kinds of "tan" and "almond" caulk to fill the cracks, only to find out that they were neither tan nor almond, but a milky white. When I came across this caulk, I figured I would give it a try. It ended up matching the travertine vinyl plank perfectly, and now the seams are impossible to see. Great product, easy to use, nice color. November 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Handy one Great product for showers or baths and even some vanitys that have tile work done on it. Blends with the grout pretty good. Will not peel over time nor will it turn color with mildew or bleach May 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Color Match for Tile As part of a mini-upgrade to the guest bath, when faced with the choice of replacing the countertop/sink or refreshing the grout/caulk (use different products, this is for caulk only), I opted for the latter since the ceramic tile is still in excellent shape. The old caulk had failed in several areas and was easily removed and installation was also easy. It's a little pricey when compared to other available caulk, but the color variety available makes matching colors easier, if that is desired. I would recommend this product. March 19, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good product Works well to seal around bath room toilets. It adheres well and looks good. April 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Solved Our Problem We took down a paper towel holder in our kitchen but were left with 3 unsightly holes in the back splash. Found a good color match with the Polyblend and, as you can see from the photo, after filling the holes are gone! January 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This Caulk Met Expectations This caulk met my needs & expectations for sealing of a new backsplash installation at the interface between the stone tile and the granite countertop backsplash stub. The color matched pretty well to the same #122 unsanded grout that I used for the tile job. The finish of this caulk, after drying, is a satin sheen, where it is not glossy (like PolySeamSeal for example), but it is not totally flat (like the dried grout), but close enough to look great. It goes on and behaves like a siliconized acrylic latex, meaning it is water clean-up and wet knife smooth-able when needed. Hopefully it is as durable. January 29, 2015
