Did not use a sealer, but would if used in high traffic area. Check if sealer will work with the vinyl tile first. We used groutable vinyl tile too.

Hey can you tell me if this grout —is one mixed with a latex-based grout additive instead of water. because i used your regular non mixed grout that you add water by yo u guys.

And i have a few cracked lines i was told to get some different grout — one mixed with a latex-based grout additive instead of water. This makes the grout stronger and more flexible. I prefer it to caulk because it's easier to touch up later, if necessary. ... is this true...or should i just get the oild caulk out and caulk the joints please let me know asap thank you

The “regular” grout that is labeled POLYBLEND by Custom Building Products (sold at your local store and online) only uses water since it already contains latex. The POLYBLEND grout should be mixed only with water and not be mixed with a latex additive like Thin-Set Mortar Admix (Admix is designed for use with non-modified thinsets and grouts).
Best wishes on your project. Read Less

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bathroom floor project It is easy to use, dries fast and it looks great. My bathroom floor new tiles are marble so I needed a gray color to match it, this one was the perfect choice March 12, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Save you're money I installed this on my kitchen floor dining room 3 bathrooms and laundry room in 2014 it is cracking and coming up out of the joints i followed the directions as im not one to take short cuts now i have about 750 square feet of flooring that looks like awful I also used this on my showers surround and the same issue has been happening also no matter how often you clean the tile there is a clear blotchy looking film from the grout I will never buy this product again bad thing is I used the older version of this around 7 years ago in my mothers home and it still looks great this newer version in my opinion is no good May 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product! Great, easy product to use. We grouted our entire kitchen - seems to be holding up okay thus far. I would definitely purchase/use again! July 5, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Caution for experienced grouters Caution the residue it leaves does NOT bluff off. This is the worst Grout I've ever used. The residue drys and you have to scrape it off with a razor blade. I don't usually use premixed grout The person paying me bought it so I thought I'd try it. I just spent hours scraping off the residue. To the novice out there, grouting is very easy You pack the Crack diagonally with a grout float, then wipe the buildup off with a damp sponge, rinsing the sponge frequently. You usually don't have to worry about, "the haze", because you come back the next day and easily buff it off Not with this product . May 11, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Gray Grout Goodness We love this gray color. It's warm in hue and looks spectacular with white subway tile (what we used it for). The fact that it has "Delorean" in its name is awesome enough for people who grew up with the Back to the Future series. :-) It's messy to install just like any grout, but it cleans up well and looks great in the end. Would recommend a nice light float. May 3, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Simple Grout and Ceramica are the best Ceramica and simple grout should be product sold in store at every Home Depot! We love them! April 5, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good product I installed this with the Armstrong Ceramica vinyl tile, but you could definitely use this with any type of ceramic tile as well. Way easier than mixing up a batch of grout, I just worked out of the pail. The end result is indistinguishable from typical grout and comes in plenty of colors. I plan on using this instead of caulk on counter tops and for the matching counter top window sill to really provide a nice finished look to tie in with the floor. The product is pretty darn easy to work with using only a putty knife. Just make sure you have a big bucket of water for your sponge and that you change the water frequently, just as you would for standard grout. The product cleans up easily, too. If I ever do another project in the future requiring grout, I will definitely be using this. May 8, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Worked Well For Me This grout worked well for me. I used it for my backsplash in my kitchen. It made the job go easier and quicker. It is a sanded grout, but I had no issues with it scratching my tile. I used a mosaic tile that consisted of glass tiles and stone tiles, and no scratches what-so-ever occurred. This grout does dry quickly, so I'd recommend doing small areas at a time - grout, wash with a damp sponge; grout, wash with a damp sponge, etc. The grout is a nice consistency, fairly thick but not too thick to spread.
