This product dries quickly on your hands & the tiles. It is difficult remove. It seems to only come in sanded, which doesnot look well on smooth tiled walls. When you go to wipe it off walls, it takes the paint with it due to the coarseness of the sand. It cost $10.97 for a quart sized container. This may be okay for a small project & does shorten the time to set tiles & grout the project, but clean-up is a pain. Also, there are only two colors offered - white & off-white (I think something like parchment.) The small pail dries up & thickens quickly. So, I would suggest only doing small amounts at a time, wiping tiles frequently, & keeping the tub well covered.

This grout is total trash. Wasted a ton of my time. It is very dry, falls off the tiles, does not stick. Almost everything ends up on the floor. Then the sand in it (yes it is sanded) is very very coarse. The end result looks gray, not bright white.
I applied a little bit, got frustrated...came here to read the reviews......did not believe the bad reviews.......went back and tried some more....same result...........got so tired that I scraped it off and returned the product.
Then I got the powder type....it worked perfectly!
Listen to the bad reviews here!
PS: If you have one of two tiles, this product may be for you, but if you want to do a whole wall, get the real stuff - the powder stuff.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by MikeMac Bright White color was disappointing
While the product is fine, the bright white was underwhelming. Against white subway tiles it looks like a mid-grey, which is not really close to what the label shows. In the future I'd rather just mix up snow white grout (not premixed) in order to actually get a shade of white.

This product is really easy too use and clean up. It is premixed and ready to go.

After switching to a premix for thinset, we thought we would give this a try for a backsplash. I gave up after half an hour or so. My husband, who has tiled professionally had to take over. The grout is very dry. It falls off the float. You have to wet the tile before you use it so it doesn't dry in five minutes. It's just so difficult to work with that I will happily go back to mixing mine from now on!

The premixed state of this grout makes it easy compared to mixing your own up every time, and the resealable container is great. Personally I think the container would be dramatically better if it was rectangular and had an interior width that matched a standard grout float. As it was, I had to transfer the grout from the package to the float using a putty knife.
As for the grout itself, it didn't scratch my softer stone when used with a suitable float, it didn't stain the marble, and it worked well for my 1/16" gaps. Seams to be holding up quite well to water, although I did use a grout sealant to make sure of that.

Simplegrout was very easy to use and clean up. I had to re-do the tiles near the sink that were exposed to moisture. I don't think Simplegrout is meant to hold up in wet or damp environments. The counter tiles need to be sealed and re-sealed, though. The grout on backsplash tiles, which was also Simplegrout, still looks like the original chalky white and clean, even though they weren't sealed. For an inexpensive project, my counter looks bright and new with very little work.
