CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 1.7 out of 5 by 29 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't buy! I wish I would have read the reviews on this before I purchased it. It left a white residue on my floor. I had to scrub my floor 4 times and if water drops on it then drys, it leaves a stain. I returned the product but I'm so frustrated that I will spend my day writing reviews on every websites review board! January 19, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unsuitable product I used the prior version on saltillo with success, and tried a bit of the left over on my new porcelain tile. The old version added a bit of sheen, which I liked, and I had hoped I wouldn't have to avoid getting the product on the porcelain tile (since the directions only advise removing 'excess' sealer from the tiles.) I purchased what I thought was a newly repackaged version of the same product. I couldn't have been more mistaken. This product leaves white cloudy streaks on the tile. Fortunately I did a test tile first, but it shows streaks on the edge of the tiles even though I used a glue brush to apply the product just to the grout joint. On the grout, if you go back and add another coat it will dry to a white powdery finish. A stiff toothbrush dulls the white haze on the grout (not on the tile). Fortunately the tile and grout are gray and it doesn't show too much. What do I do with the leftover? I can't even donate it to Habitat to Humanity in good conscience. More trash in the landfill. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by This product should be removed from HD Just spent a bunch of money on new tile floors and used this sealer on gray grout and it left a milky finish. Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing this product- could have saved time and stress. Going to try the sulfamic acid remover like the last reviser suggested. June 9, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sealer left streaks on my tiles I just remodeled my house with three brand new bathrooms. The builder suggested me to put a coat of sealant on the grout. I went to Home Depot and was suggested this product. Now I have streaks on all of my brand new tiles! The tiles looks like it's dirty with these streaks. I called TileLab support line, and after many rings, I got an answering machine! This product should be recalled! Is it legal to sell lemon products like this? January 19, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Leaves a white residue I followed the instructions to the letter and the grout has a white residue. The company's tech support tells you to purchase another of their products "Nano Scrub" to remove the residue. Slight improvement but still not the color of the grout before applying this product. Second call to their tech support puts the blame on the grout used. The tile and grout were professionally installed in our new home build just completed. I was finally able to remove the white residue using Sulfamic acid cleaner recommended to me by the tile installer.. So in conclusion you first spend several hours applying a product that discolors and leaves behind a residue. You purchase another one of this companies products that does not work followed by a third cleaner to get back to the original color of your grout. I would not recommend gambling on this product. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Leaves white film Sealer was a good price, but once it dried, it left a white film on the tile and grout. I was able to remove most of the sealer residual. Recommend spending more on the Dupont sealer. January 6, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Try one of the expensive brands We installed new tile in the kitchen and applied this sealer 2 times. Soon thereafter I began to notice a darkening in the grout - not everywhere, but on most of the grout. I can tell that the sealer worked in some spots, but mostly didn't. Now I have to scrub the dark stains off and reseal it. I won't use this sealer again. March 8, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Terrible Product We followed the instructions to the T and now we have streaky hazy splotchy tile floors in our brand new house. spent $50 on products like mop, drying cloths, etc etc. Who is going to reimburse me for my damages? March 12, 2015
