Answer:
The best was to apply grout sealer depends on the size of the grout line you are sealing. For most common home (DIY) projects using a small soft bristle brush that matches the width of your grout lines is the best way to apply grout sealer.

Answer:
grout cracks from either poorly adheised loose tile, or dog claws digging it out, hardening the grout can be achieved by the polymer additive added to it instead of water during mixing, but you will experience a faster set time so stay on top of cleaning it . Tap your tiles with a broom stick if it clocks its loose, if it clinks its stuck good

Answer:
The sealer will not reinforce the grout. Sealers are used to ease cleaning and maintenance. Grout cracking can be due to movement and vibration of the substrate. If you need further assistance contact our installation division at 800.272.8786

The bottle directions state "Use on: Grout, unglazed quarry and porcelain tile, brick, ....", can I use this sealer on a glazed porcelain floor tile? Should it be mopped on entire surface? Or does it just need to be applied to the grout lines?

Answer:
TileLab Grout and Tile Sealer may be used on the grout in an installation with surrounding glazed porcelain tile. The TileLab Grout and Tile Sealer must be wiped dry from the surface of the tile and grout during the application process. For further assistance please contact our Care and Maintenance division at 800.272.8786 option 3

Answer:
The tiles porosity can be tested by sprinkling water droplets onto the surface of them. If the droplets absorb into the tile, it is an indication that the tile would benefit from another application of TileLab Grout and Tile Sealer. For further assistance please contact our Care and Maintenance division at 800.272.8786 option 3

Rated 1.8 out of 5 by 41 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Product! I bought a brand new house and bought this sealer. It left streaks and swirls across the tile. I thought I ruined my flooring! I had to repair my tile! Do not use this product! May 14, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by i wish i had read the reviews first. my experience with this product is exactly the same as others - left milky white residue. Company solution is to BUY MORE PRODUCTS they sell to fix the problem !! what a joke and what a poorly written set of instructions. it should be very clear on the label how avoid problem that obviously hundreds of customers have been complaining about. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NEVER AGAIN! I spent days installing porcelain tiles in my house. It looked very nice with a dark brown grout. Then I used this junk and THE TILE JOB IS RUINED!!! It looks like someone poured milk in the grout. I am upset with HD for carrying this junk. Now I have hours of scrubbing with ACID on a week old grout job! I hope I can save the floor and the hundreds of dollars I have invested in my home improvement project. DON'T BUY IT! HOME DEPOT---DON'T SELL IT!! August 8, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by sealer product is easy to use but directions were not clear May 10, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not the most expensive sealer Home Depot sells a 1 gallon sealer for a $100. This product was somewhere around $35. I hope it works. Easy enough to apply. As in most products, please read the instructions first. March 16, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by horrible product product did not give any useful instruction, left lines on tile even after I wiped it off with a clean dry cloth like the company itself states, it is very over prices for it performance, I would not recommend this to anyone March 3, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unsuitable product I used the prior version on saltillo with success, and tried a bit of the left over on my new porcelain tile. The old version added a bit of sheen, which I liked, and I had hoped I wouldn't have to avoid getting the product on the porcelain tile (since the directions only advise removing 'excess' sealer from the tiles.) I purchased what I thought was a newly repackaged version of the same product. I couldn't have been more mistaken. This product leaves white cloudy streaks on the tile. Fortunately I did a test tile first, but it shows streaks on the edge of the tiles even though I used a glue brush to apply the product just to the grout joint. On the grout, if you go back and add another coat it will dry to a white powdery finish. A stiff toothbrush dulls the white haze on the grout (not on the tile). Fortunately the tile and grout are gray and it doesn't show too much. What do I do with the leftover? I can't even donate it to Habitat to Humanity in good conscience. More trash in the landfill. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't buy! I wish I would have read the reviews on this before I purchased it. It left a white residue on my floor. I had to scrub my floor 4 times and if water drops on it then drys, it leaves a stain. I returned the product but I'm so frustrated that I will spend my day writing reviews on every websites review board! January 19, 2014
