We installed a porcelain kitchen floor, it came out beautiful and wanted to seal it. We purchased this product and it left flakes and streaks all over the floor......the floor was perfectly clean and we used a new applicator to apply the product. Am hoping the streaks will come off...would not recommend this product.

TILELAB GROUT SEALER is a pump spray sealer as opposed to an aerosol spray. I wish I had known about it in the past, as it is far superior to the cans. It is easier to control, more consistent in coverage, and I feel (I have no way to prove it) that the finished product is better I even used an old paint brush to rub it into the grout a bit deeper. .

The product doesn't cover very well & streaks the tile even though I wiped constantly.

As many others have mentioned, this product WILL put a white film over your grout. If you have white grout, great. If you don't.... you will. It can be removed with a _lot_ of work and some vinegar and water. But it will take a long time. All from a product that already cost you $11.00. HD should stop carrying this product.

I sprayed it on bathroom wall grout and it seems to have worked quite well, I have yet to see any mold and it's been 3 weeks or better. I had hoped to pour the contents in the wheel applicator but the wheel doesn't work well on walls.

If you use the sealer like it says too, if will work perfectly. To make it easier to apply to the grout, i got one of the grout applicator bottles for $4 and it was well worth it. (Get the one with the brush not the roller.) You gave to work in small areas, like 4x4 feet, and brush the grout likes not worrying about getting it on the tile. This should take you about 90 seconds tops. Then grap paper towels. And let it sit for maybe 4 mintues total then wipe it up till the area is dry. Dont have any fans going or anything else that might speed up the drying process. If you wait to long to get the sealer off the tile, apply more sealer then wipe it right off. It seals the grout after 2-3 aplications (wait a couple hours between them) and it is water resistant, not waterproof just as advertized. Good luck and hope this helps
