Answer:
Truly unless there is a date on the bottle, NO it doesn't expire. As long as the brush is cleaned up afterwards, you can use it again.

Answer:
All of our sealers have a two year shelf life. There would br either a stamp or sticker on the bottle which gives the date of manufacturing. The first 2 digits are the year it was manufactured and the next 3 numbers indicate the day of the year it was manufactured. Thank you

It says that it repels stains--I have applied 3 coats but the grout still darkens when I mop meaning water is absorbing. Should I continue to apply coats until it no longer darkens/absorbs? Or does it just "repel" stains?

Answer:
3 coats of properly applied TileLab Grout Sealer will provide stain protection. If a "water bead" effect is desired, additional coats may be required. For further assistance please contact our Care and Maintenance division at 800.272.8786 option 3

But, to answer your question, yes. You have to keep applying the sealer until water does not absorb. After your next application layer, let it dry at least three hours, then test it with a drip of water. If the grout gets darker, it is indeed absorbing the water and needs another layer of sealer. Good luck! Read Less

I used this product to seal the grout lines on shower walls that I just installed. The file I used is Travisano Trevi Porcelain Tile:

http://www.homedepot.com/p/MARAZZI-Travisano-Trevi-12-in-x-24-in-Porcelain-Floor-and-Wall-Tile-15-6-sq-ft-case-ULNF/205141222

During application the product dripped down the wall(s). I removed it within 5 minutes like the label stated. After I completed all 3 walls I noticed it left drip marks all over the tiles. How do I remove these marks?

Please help this is a brand new bathroom I just installed. Thank you.

Answer:
To remove the drip marks off the porcelain tile use Nano Scrub. Agitate container well before using, pre wet surface, apply nano scrub directly over wet surface, scrub with a brush or nylon pad. Rinse thoroughly with water. If you need further assistance contact our care & maintenance division at 800.282.8786

Answer:
What you are experiencing is a very common occurrence when sealing vertical installations. Nano Scrub will effectively remove the sealer residue off the tile without affecting the sealer in the grout joints. For further information, please contact our technical service department at 800 272-8786 option 3.

Answer:
It may but I am not aware of it. One tip is to buy a squeegee with a clip and hang in your shower. When you are finished showering, quickly wipe your tiles down to avoid mold or mildew buildup.

Answer:
The sealer will help protect the grout from staining but it cannot prevent mold or mildew from growing. Mold and Mildew can grow where there is moisture as well as if there is a food source like soap or shampoo residue in a shower for example.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible product! It really should be rated as zero stars. I tried this because it was cheap. Now I understand why. Doesn't seal anything. Water still soaks in on my grout and does not bead up like it's supposed to. I got the 511 Impregnator and that stuff did the trick. Please do not go cheap like I did. You'll just waste your time and money! September 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Grout sealer The grout sealer was easy to use and the quantity was sufficient to complete the job. September 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy Application and Clean Up Sealer was easy to apply and clean up Applicator useful for floor not great for walls September 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Grout Sealer This product works great. Most people get tile but don't take the time to seal the grout. I used this previously in my home in Houston, TX and my grout always looked like new. It is simple to do and makes the tile look awesome. My friend didn't do it and her floor looked dirty once the grout got older. Too late to fix it then!! September 3, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by easy application This product was easy to apply and works well. I would buy it again September 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Super Easy Makes grout sealing quick and simple! Sealant seals properly. September 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This grout sealer worked great. I was somewhat overwhelmed by the number of choices and packaging/applications for grout sealers. I got this one because it looked simple to use, and I only had a small project. It worked great. The little brush applicator was perfectly suited for the application. August 30, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by My brand new mosaic looks like cr@p with residue all over it that won't come off. I would recommend this product to an enemy. It is on a matte mosaic tile and it looks like I've got hard-water stains all over. It is pretty bad when you step back to look at the work you did and the final product you used ruined it. From reading the other reviews, it looks like it is going to take some effort to get this stuff off of the tile-face. I have worked so hard on this bath remodel I don't even feel like trying to get the residue off at this point. July 18, 2016
