Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by born2run Great on Marble, Granite, Travertine
All sealers are expensive--some cost even more than this but after all the time and cost of putting in Marble, Granite, and Travertine floors, I wanted something that would protect them. This Works! Travertine soaks it up so you have to use ALOT.
Polished marble and granite will not need much sealer so it is mostly to seal the grout. You must use many polishing rags to remove the haze before it dries. I used it on 1 marble shower and when the marble/grout is wet, it looks exactly the same as it does dry. If you like the look of your stone/grout before sealing, this will not change the appearance. In other words, it is NOT an enhancer.
My contractor used another brand on the second marble shower. The shower he sealed has streaks down the marble and the grout changes color when wet which indicates that it is not sealed. I am going to use a buffer on the second shower then seal it again using this.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by jt ruined my grout--horrible!
Bought this sealer, one gallon, because it is supposed to protect grout from staining. Used wood grain tile and charcoal grey grout, waited 2 days after grouting to apply product, applied product and removed excess within a few minutes. Came back the next day only to find the charcoal grey grout was not all charcoal grey. About 50% was correct color, about 25% a very light grey and about 25% something in between. I paid nearly 100 bucks for this stuff and i would gladly have paid that same amount for someone to tell me NOT to use it. RUINED the tile job. Do NOT buy it.

The product is suppose to last about 20 years, which is better than most of the other products. However, it will take 20 years to see how the final outcome.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Venky Product Hazes on Granite and Tiles
The Home Depot Associate recommended this product for sealing granite. I have followed the instructions and used lambswool applicator. The product hazed the granite and also the tiles. My tiles are lighter and hence the haze is not visible. But on the granite (salt & pepper colors) hazing is visible.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mark Horrible customer support from Custom Building Products
Custom Building Products has horrible customer support. Custom refused to honor their "satisfaction guarantee" warranty on the back of the package when their natural stone sealer didn't seal and allowed water to penetrate. The Custom Building Products service manager explained that any issues must be due to improper application (such as customer's failure to reapply every few months) and it's their prerogative whether to honor the warranty. We bought all Custom Building Products materials (including mortar, grout, and sealer) from Home Depot, so we were heavily invested in Custom Building Products materials, but they still treated us poorly. We now wish Home Depot would drop the Custom Building Products line and go with a reputable manufacturer. In our case, we had to re-seal our natural stone tiles & grout with Miracle Sealants brand sealer, which actually worked well.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by IBEWPro Effective, and easy to use.
I've used this sealer on both matte, and glossy tiles. Simply wipe it on, let it sit a few minutes, and wipe off the excess. I'll usually do a second application the following day to ensure complete coverage. This is great for floors, and much better than products which must be carefully applied only to the grout itself.
