Rated 2.6 out of 5 by 14 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by very poor quality too rigid to form seal to stop water from draining out of tank - had to buy replacement part that worked great. June 17, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by you get what you pay for Lasted a little over a month and fell apart. Tried to glue it back together with a silicone adhesive and was able to get another 5 days out of it. Switched to a universal type from a different manufacturer. August 5, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Toilet Flapper Did not work. Flapper opened up when toilet was flushed and part stuck in the outlet. Bought another better brand elsewhere July 15, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Silicon ring pops off during flapper lift [This is for a "88246 made by Danco for Fluidmaster" fitting Kohler Wellworth and "other toilets" purchased at my local Home Depot] There's a silicon ring used to create the seal, that is held in place by a rather loosely fitting snap-on bulb. The problem is the inrush of water during flapper lifting can cause the bulb to snap off and thus lose the silicon seal. I returned it to the store. November 23, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Didn't solve my problem I had a leak where the tank kept having to be filled because waster was going down the flush valve. The previous flapper was 10 years old so I thought I would try a new one. I verified the mating surface was smooth and clean. I had to rat this low because I basically threw money away because it didn't work to fix my problem. If you have the same problem just spend the extra $5 and 15 minutes of time and but the flush valve replacement kit. I bought a Korky's kit with adjustable tower and it was fixed immediately after installation. May 4, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Defective product I had to return the flapper. It appeared that it came from the factory missing the rubber/silicone gasket that is the most important component in repairing a leaking toilet caused by an old flapper. Not Home Depot's fault, but I know now to check the package before I leave the store. I wound up just purchasing a gasket and repairing the old flapper. February 21, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Useless Flapper This looked exactly like my old flapper in shape and size but does not provide a seal. The sealing washer is too thin and cheap. So much for saving water. My flush tank keeps refilling constantly. I've turned it off until I can find another replacement. January 24, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Serves purpose well. It was extremely easy to install. After installation, it woked fine. April 22, 2014
