Does this spray head screw onto the hose. Mine is leaking and I just have to unscrew it to get it off the hose.

I saw where people were talking about having to push some clips in to get it off. Does this have clips or will it just unscrew off the end of the supply hose.

Answer:
Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, there are clips involved, but only to attach the nut on the bottom of the sprayer to the hose. If the nut that is already on your hose is the same size you may be able to skip that step and just screw the sprayer onto your hose.

Bought this replacement spray head but my old one is fastened to the hose by some other means than a small retainer clip. Can't get it off. I think the old one is a Home Depot brand.

Thank you for your inquiry. Looking at the picture you attached, you may need to remove the black washer around the white nipple to access the clip.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 8 BUCKS I had this spraying in 42.5 seconds - Okay, I already had my old black one and clip removed. Looks and works much better than the black Danco model 80760. That one barely lasted a year before first, one lever pin broke off, then the other. Pins are too thin/flimsy for the amount of pressure needed to push down the diverter (spring is way too stiff) This one is made different, and like someone already said, it is easier/more comfortable to spray. Even though it is chrome plated plastic (I think?), It doesn't feel like it/no seams that I can see. And for $8.? - I likey June 1, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Quality I'm on my second sprayer in 5 months. Item 10330 leaks out of the handle in less then 5 min of use. These sprayers are garbage. May 31, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by This is my fourth one These things develop a split in the front that causes it to spray out water whenever you turn the faucet on. Before that happens, they work great, they do not cost much and they are easy to install. February 10, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Won't last too long, but only choice Just bought one of these tonight because the previous one (same model) failed after a couple of years at most. If you look really closely, you'll see that there's a seam that runs the length of the body just below the head to the base along the front. That seam developed several cracks, for no apparent reason (we don't use the sprayer very often) and would spray water out every time the faucet was used. I bought another one because it is the only option available that has a chrome finish. The other ones are black or white and are even cheaper looking. February 21, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't Bother Handle easily falls off After a year body cracked and leaks when you turn on the water December 1, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not worth it in the long run. I bought this as a replacement for another leaking sprayer and it ended up leaking at the underside again. November 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good purchase for the money This sprayer is a good choice for the money. Other reviews complain about the sprayer only lasting a few years, but that should be expected when paying under 10 bucks for a product. Easy to install and lasts as long as most would expect it too. January 10, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average while I found the ease of installing good, the value is average with other similar products. The quality of materials used in construction of the product will not hold up to daily use for more than a 2-3 year time period. This was my 3rd sprayer purchase in the last 6 years! January 17, 2012
