Do yourself a favor and read the reviews before you spend your money. My husband purchased this and installed it and 3 weeks later it snapped from the top. It rusted all over the corner of the sink where it was installed and soap leaked everywhere. You can see from the pictures I have attached it has rusted and the top plate never held the dispenser in place so it would slip no matter how much we tightened it. I am taking it back today lets see if I can get a refund.

Poor... Even though the pump appears to be a decent quality metal, guts are still cheap plastic.
After 7 days, the top broke right off the pump mechanism. So if you think someone in your household will have at least 1 occasion where they are not paying attention and the press down on the spout instead of the very top of the pump..... keep looking... This one is not for you.
This isn't something that is forgiving... It only takes 1 time as my wife can attest too.
I can only hope Home Depot will allow me to exchange for something of better quality. I imagine though with the packaging it will be hard to find something that has a more durable pump mechanism so that it can take an occasional user error without breaking.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0Â by Jarhead61 Don't waste your time
Don't waste your time buying and then the aggravation of crawling under the sink to install it. Buy a good one so you only have to do it once. Made the top ten of worst ever purchases. And being well past the retirement age I have had the opportunity to make quite a few. Home Depot should remove it from the shelves. Lasted about a week before it broke.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0Â by Fred It breaks easily
The cheap plastic insides break easily. Within 6 months, the top broke right off the pump mechanism. Judging by the other reviews, I was lucky mine lasted that long. I did like the idea of the tube that could go right into a large container of soap, but there were 3 drawbacks. First, the fact that the soap container was much lower than the pump made it difficult to push. Second, the tube was very stiff and difficult to straighten out. Third, the rubber plug would not stay in the container spout.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0Â by HopeRP Is terrible quality, and I bought and installed 3!
Is terrible quality, but it's the one that is readily available in the store, hanging there in plastic packaging. We bought and installed 3; dishsoap, handsoap, and lotion and one already broke. I looked at it and am hoping that I can contact the company...it comes apart and they may be able to provide the part that broke; but we'll see. Hassle to install them so I'd rather get the new part and only have to deal with it from atop the sink! So I've put a label on my sink reminding everyone to push from the TOP ONLY, we'll see if that works. Don't buy this is you can afford a more expensive better one. I can't, so I'm going to try to get a replacement part.
