Will this repair kit fit a universal-rumdle 6.0 lpt/1.6 gpf

Asked by: murl
Thank you for your inquiry. This is a universal kit, and is intended to fit as many models as possible. The key measurement here is the tank-to-bowl gasket itself. Ours is 3-1/4" OD x 2-1/8" ID x 9/16" thick. If that is close to the measurements of your existing gasket, it should work.

Customer Reviews

Toilet Bolt and Gasket Kit is rated 2.0 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful kit - do not use unless you have no other choice The flush gasket on this kit is very stiff natural rubber and is not relieved for clearance of the nut that holds the flush valve base. It would not seal and required excessive tightening - ultimately breaking the tank mount on the bowl. Instructions are flawed too - DO NOT INSTALL THE BOTTOM RUBBER WASHER UNDER THE BOWL! The rubber gaskets (washers) should sandwich the tank. Common sense will keep you straight here, but I can't believe the jacked up instructions even made it into print. Do yourself a huge favor and spend a little more money on a different kit that has better corrosion protection and has a gasket made of a softer material.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheep Bolts I gave this a bad review because the "galvanized" bolts are poor quality. The bolts started rusting in one day. I have posted a picture of the bolt head after three days. The galvanization makes the steel bolts look like the bolts are brass. Do your self a favor and go find a kit with bolts that are TRULEY brass.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for... Putting steel bolts in water is like a fish out of water. Use solid Brass only, or stainless steel.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Read the instructions before following them good easy kit to work with as long as you DONT follow the instructions on the bag, They printed it so that at the bootom you put the metal washer then the rubber then the nut, which leads to major leakage issues, always put it rubber against the porcelain the metal between the nut or bolt head, and you should buy an extra pair of rubber gaskets if you dont have spares to put between the tank and the base, seals everything so well that way.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from the idea of a review it's not to be thrilled about bolts and gaskets, but to make sure that you dont replace the bolts with brass covered bolts, you need bolts that wont rott out i;e like my contractor put in therfore rotting out in 2 months, having to come back to take up the whole toliet all over again and say oh' would you look at that what poor craftsmanship they put into this things today.as he trys to foot the bill to you again not remembering he installed the toliet himself. this coming from a guy that build million dollar homes....... i mean really? im thrilled.......lol

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I found that this product serves its function. It was about what I expected for this product. Realistically, no one should be too excited about screws and gaskets for a toilet.
