Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by HDOccasionalConsumer It looks like a solid product, only time will tell though
After our tank lever broke we had to replace it with the exact same one. After some research, Home Depot was the cheapest and offered next day shipping which we needed. We received the product in time, it was made in mexico, and looked heavy, well wrapped and protected which gave us confidence it was a good product. Our plumber installed it in 5 minutes and did not seem to have any issues. We have been using it for the past 15 days and it works as well as the original. Tank Levers are heavily used so only time will tell how durable the product is but we are confident we bought a great and well made product.

I purchased this handle assembly because it looked very nice, and wasn't cheap, so it had to be a good product right? Wrong! Easy enough to install. Seems like good quality materials. POOR design. The trip lever just sits on top of handle post and secures via bolt and wing nut. It is not held in place and moves around. So that my toilet continues to run about 3 out of 5 times it is used. Unfortunately I threw away my receipt so I can't return this. The only reason I gave this a 1 on the Value is because I couldn't give it a lower score!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Billy Lacks full range of motion; terrible handle; do NOT buy
As other reviewers have mentioned, this handle / tank lever does not have proper range of motion and is therefore a piece of junk. Subsequently you must hold the handle for a few seconds; otherwise the flapper just falls back into place and you don't get a full flush. I drove myself nuts for 2-3 hours wondering what I was doing wrong and then finally read the reviews here and realized that other people had the same problem. How did this product get past quality control? I have to assume this company doesn't even bother to test their products?

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by jpvskv Not suggested for side mount tank holes, and just not suggested.
This was to be installed on a side mount one piece toilet. the brass bar and handle are too easy to come out of the adjustment that you set them to. Handle and bar need to be notched so they stay in the position they are put in, I have forwarded this suggestion to the company. I worked with it for15 minutes. I am returning it and not at all satisfied with this product. It is easy to assemble. but not easy to get to the final adjustment of the bar and chain. Handle does not let the bar lift the flapper very much at all, it must be held for a second so the flapper will stay up and let the water flow down.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by MrBKG Waste of a product!
Had no problem with the installation but after less than two months of normal use the porcelain handle snapped off at the base when attempting to flush. You get what you pay for and in this case even less!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Jackyl76182 2 problems
Bought this flusher because the less expensive ones were all sold out but figured how could I go wrong? I went wrong. First problem that really prevents this from working for me regardless was that the handle assembly that inserts through your porcelain into the tank wouldn't fit. It was too large for the hole. Second thing that was a killer (mentioned in other reviews I've seen) is the handle doesn't have a full range of motion. If you like holding your handle until your toilet finishes flushing then this is your handle. If you're like me and don't like pushing down on the handle but prefer having a full flush take place with little effort then this is definitely not for you. I'm taking this back to Home Depot then hunting down a cheap flusher (probably fluid master that I know works and have used before) elsewhere.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DIYGirl Doesn't Work Right unless you want to hold down the lever until it flushes
It's easy to install but it doesn't work! Great concept but I don't want my guests to have to hold the handle down until all the water drains out of the tank. You should just push the lever down and let it go...the toilet should do the rest! I tried to adjust the handle to keep it in place but no can do! Another review said it would only frustrate you and I 2nd that!!! I'm taking this back to Home Depot!
