Customer Reviews

Rated 1.4 out of 5 by 16 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by I wouldn't wish this on my enemy I've never used a worse product and should have read the reviews before purchasing. Near impossible to get out of the tube. Too tacky to reasonably be used or get a decent bead. Just a mess in general. This resulted in me cleaning the whole thing off with mineral spirits and then starting over. If you see this, run the other way. June 8, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely hard to work with - too thick and feels expired I bought a tube, cut the tip, poked the seal a few times and realized i could barely get any to come out. I pressed so hard that some of it came out the back and almost broke my caulking gun. I returned the tube, thinking it must be old. Got another. This one flowed a little better, but not by much. Like others have said, it sticks to everything except the corner you are trying to do. Very thick, nasty stuff that refuses to flow evenly and cannot be finessed after. Once it's on something, you will need mineral spirits to get it off. As a sealant it probably works well, but i wouldn't apply it where people can see. Just avoid this garbage - the high price is just insult on top of injury. It should come with a warning and HD should not carry this stuff. May 10, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Turns YELLOW! If you want yellow stained sealant then this is for you! Turned yellow after a few months of applying it to my counter tops. Now I have to scrape off this junk and apply a different brand. What a waste of time and money! April 22, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DAP 3.0 Advanced Kitchen & Bath Adhesive Caulk Bad in the tube Adhesive had set in an unopened tube. No straight forward use by date on product. GE products do place use by date on tube March 11, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Turned Yellow-Avoid Remodeled my bathroom. After 6 months the caulk has turned yellow. This was a tremendous amount of work which will need to be redone . I will contact the company and see what a lifetime warranty is good for. March 4, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Looking for clear? Don't buy this. Although technically this caulk appears to be working well from a waterproofing perspective, it's failing me big time as a "clear caulk". The non-clear versions may work very well, but the clear version has begun to turn terribly yellow after just four months. Even on my white quartz counters. Big deal, now what do I do with an entire bathroom i just remodeled with this? January 25, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Caulk ever This caulk turns YELLOW after a short time, it is NOT CRYSTAL CLEAR! I love how they underline "crystal clear" on the package. Well it does come out of the tube clear and stays clear for a couple of weeks. DO NOT BUY THIS! December 4, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DAP Versus GE Caulk I used GE Supreme 100% Silicone Caulk to do the vertical seams in my bathtub shower; and it flowed easily and performed well. I then used DAP 3.0 Caulk on the horizontal bathtub seams; it was very difficult to get it to flow; and the job did not go well. Go with GE caulk. November 28, 2015
