CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.3 out of 5 by 9 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great crack filler, easy to apply I had cracks after ten years where cement met my building. Water could get in and freeze, making problems. This stuff really fills the cracks, doesn't go far if cracks are big. It would be best to find a rope calk for very large cracks to preliminary fill large areas, applying this material on top. It does everything it says it will do, is self leveling, and makes a good seal. I am looking forward to seeing how long this material lasts, previous similar material broke down after about five winters, I believe this to be a superior material based on my limited caulking experience. I have worked for contractors in the past, there is quite a bit of difference in caulk quality. It didn't take long for me to use up over $700 worth of this stuff, but if it does its job that is cheap compared to damaged cement or foundations. I bought a Milwaulkee power caulk gun that does a great job using this material, saves a lot of finger power for a big job, and does it easier since it not only stops when you quit the trigger, it also backs up a bit so there is no drip. Rated 5 out of 5 by Works like it says Have used this caulk at two homes. Easy to apply and because of the elasticity of the product it stays tacky for a few days. If you have caulk left in the tube and try to preserve it, it will probably harden over a few months even if you do a good job of sealing both ends. September 8, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very disappointed Bought two 9.0 oz tubes, and will be returning unopened one. When I tried to apply the first tube the caulk inside had evidently 'separated' and about 3 to 4 tablespoons of pale yellowish clear liquid came out as I began squeezing the caulk gun trigger handle. When the Gray caulk finally started to come out, I then started to apply the product to the horizontal crack I was trying to fill. Unfortunately, after I got two or three Tbsp. of good caulk into the crack the clear liquid AGAIN started flowing... but this time it got into the crack that I was trying to fill, making a big mess! Further, it took an unusually long time for the caulk to begin to cure and harden at the end where the clear liquid was mixed in with the good material. Next time I'll buy the SIKAFLEX brand, which was a great performer that last time I used it February 23, 2014
