I have used this sink on several projects for myself, and for customers. It is a nice looking sink and I have had no problems like the other reviewers.

Wanted a rectangular look for a bathroom renovation that contained many other rectangular/90-degrees (rather than round/curved) elements. Needed an undermount because of the new granite counter top. I liked the general profile of these, which is rather like a section of a cylinder. After reading the online reviews about drain hole and overall size/shape irregularities, I was concerned. Stopped by the local Home Depot and looked at both samples that they had in stock. Both looked uniform and good to me, so I bought them. The plumber and counter top people had no trouble with their installation. The sinks look good and have been problem free since, which was about a month ago.

As the other reviewer wrote, the drain holes are not round nor level. I read the review after I had bought the sink. Visually, the hole looked round, but once I started installing the drain, I saw how wrong I was. I was able to seal it with using silicon caulk instead of plumbers putty, but that only solved one of the issues. The hole is also cut in such a way where the drain won't sit level, so not all of the water drains properly. Too late for me to change as it is mounted to the granite already, don't make the same mistake. Pick a different sink.

I bought 2 DECOLAV undermount sinks, and both sink drains were way out of round - one of them was 1.7 x 2.1 oval shape. I should have returned them as junkers, but Home Depot had no replacements in stock. I had to make a pair of gasketed plates with round 1.75 holes so that standard sink drains would mount and seal without leaks. They work fine now, but I spent way too much extra time and labor on these sinks.

We bought two of these for our master bathroom remodel. the stone cutters took one with them to cut the whole properly. They arrived and installed both sinks and after they left we realized they cut the holes the same size but the sinks were two very different sizes.. unfortunately they but the stone for the smaller sink, so I couldn't go back to the store and get another one or they would both look badly.. The installers should have told me before installing but by that time the stone had already been cut and installed, so short of pulling everything out, I have to just live with the odd look of the sink.. not what I wanted with a $25,000 bathroom remodel. If you buy these pull them from the box and make sure they truly do match in size.

Used for a new granite vanity top. Contractor installed it with no problems. It really looks good and at that price it even made it more enjoyable.

The quality control is obviously not working.
A poor product at a low price is a bad value.
We, your customers, require a better product.

The lip on this sink is so wide that once it is mounted, it is virtually impossible to install a faucet because of the lip of the sink having to bump up against the faucet hole. If you drill the faucet hole any further away (to avoid the sink lip), your faucet won't reach the sink. So you end up having to figure out where to find some type of adapter that is in a half circle shape to even out for the lip so you can secure the faucet to the granite. Stay away!!
