As an electrician's apprentice I am limited on my budget. So to find a good quality tool at an affordable price, is like finding a pot of gold. I bought this impact driver and right out of the box I was loved it. I used it for finish work, installing plugs and switches. This tool lasted all day, and never lost power. It made doing my job much quicker, and easier. This tool is light weight, but not too light that I feel if I drop it, it's going to explode. If you are looking for something light weight, easy to use, and affordable, then this is a tool for you. Thank you Dewalt!

I purchased a 12v and a 20 volt unit. I gave the 12v unit to my wife for motherâs day. She has used it a little so fare and loves the weight and balance. She would like the light to say on like the 20v version. We both highly recommend the purchase of this unit.

What a great tool. I already tested it by driving 50 2" in screws into hardwood before the battery failed
This is far more powerful than what I will ever need around my home. I almost killed myself trying to drive some 2 1/2" screws in my garage that I had to reach for above my head. This driver would have taken care of that with ease. Also I bought this driver for $135 with three batteries. What an awesome deal. I will never have any issues with battery life with these three batteries. Now I seriously have to consider expanding my Dewalt 12 volt tool selection with this purchase
