Answer:
It's a question of the recommended blade size for the saw, not the amperage. If the saw came with a 10" blade as most consumer table saws do, I would not up-size to a 12" There could be serious clearance problems that could lead to serious injury.

Answer:
I think you have plenty of amperage to run the blade BUT unless you have the 1" arbor hole and the clearance WITH blade cover in place and in the motor compartment I WOULD'NT try it!

Answer:
If you can't find the owner's manual, you can also either look up the model number of the saw at the manufacturer's website (or any website that sells the saw, actually) OR if the saw still has a blade in it - measure the diameter of that particular blade. Good luck!

Answer:
It depends if the saw in question can accept 12 inch blades. Check with your owner's manual to ensure if it can or cannot be done.

Construction grade should last longer but it's going to cost more but for a professional wood worker that might be immaterial. For the weekend warrior making the occasional cut or two, it might be more than he needs. That said, there's never anything wrong with having the best blade available for the purpose in the saw regardless of your skill level. Read Less

Suitable for general wood construction. Not for metals of any kind.
Tungsten carbide comes in a number of grades, most general C2 to C7 Depending on what you are cutting, what machine you are using, and what materials.

Answer:
Yes. These blades are compatible with any of the 12" miter saws in the Dewalt line. I would suggest you use the 32 tooth blade for dimensional and treated lumber. Reserve the 80 tooth for fine trim work. It will give smooth cuts and should last a long time.
