Customer Reviews

12 lb. Spline Demolition Hammer is rated 2.3 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Died in One Year! I spent some good money to buy this demolition hammer. After one year of use, it died. The service light started blinking. I called the manufacturer, and they said they will not warranty it because it's just over a year. I called my nearest tool repair shop and they said they don't repair tools of this brand anymore because the manufacturer takes months to send the replacement part. I finally found a guy that would take a look at it. He said these new tools now all run on circuit boards. It seems the GACC module board went bad. I went on the manufacturer's website and the part is on back order for the next 3 months! I am very disappointed in this brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Died in One Year! (Update) So here's an update to my last 1 star review. The manufacturer took 3 months to send out the part as they had promised. Yes, they actually took 3 months to send out the part. After bringing the part to the repair shop to have it replaced, the guy then put the tool back together and after testing it and it seemed to have worked, he then called me to come pick it up. I wasn't able to pick it up until the next 2 days. After I got to the shop he tested the demolition hammer in front of me and the service light began blinking. He was not only shocked, but also embarrassed. We just couldn't figure it out. The drill is a year old, he checked the brushes, they were good, but the new circuit board that the manufacturer sent me was defective. I'm done. NO MORE of this brand for me.
