Customer Reviews

Rated 3.9 out of 5 by 8 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fast and Easy I am a licensed contractor and so far I have been completely happy with this pressure washer. I have used mine for over a year and it still runs like new. Nothing has fallen off of the machine due to the constant vibration. I would suggest to go ahead and buy a couple of extra rubber o rings for the end of the wand. If the nozzle is not locked in properly and the trigger is pulled you couldd be searching the grass for hours looking for this. Display models are now on sale and I just bought another one at my local home depot. May 31, 2011
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Reliable Pressue Washer I've had this pressure washer for about 9 months now and have probably used it for about 50 hours of work around my home. Initially, I had trouble with it stopping after it had been running for just a few minutes. After checking the oil level and everything else imaginable, I eventually discovered it was the oil sensor shutting off the engine. Even though the oil level was filled within the correct range, it needed to be filled up to the top marking of the fill indicator. After figuring this out, the pressure washer has worked great. The only other problem I've had is that the on/off switch broke off (cheap plastic switch). It broke in the "on" position, so until I get it fixed, I'm using the choke or fuel shutoff valve to turn it off. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this pressure washer and have no regrets in buying it. It's a good value in this price range (I think I paid about $750 to $800 for it). December 12, 2010
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Went through two of these in less then a month with a total of 8 days use time. Pump would take 2-5min to build pressure before working. STAY AWAY. Home Depot Customer service was great May 15, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Broken from New/ On/Off switch did not work from new. Have to choke the engine or shut off gas to shut it off. Amazingly Dewalt wants you to take the whole unit back to Home Depot and have them ship it somewhere just to replace a switch that costs a few dollars. July 10, 2011
