DEWALT's 60 Gal. Air Compressor features a cast iron, twin-cylinder, oil-lubricated pump. This includes a 1-piece cast iron crankcase, thermally stable cast iron cylinder body, aluminum head and valve plate, automotive style ball bearings, durable Swedish stainless steel reed valves, oil level sight glass, easily accessible oil fill and a 12 in. cast iron balanced flywheel. The unit operates with a heavy-duty, 240-Volt induction motor for maximum performance and efficiency, with 155 PSI max pressure for optimum tool performance.

  • 13.4 CFM at 40 PSI and 11.5 CFM at 90 PSI with 1.9 RHP
  • Large capacity, 60-Gal. ASME air receiver provides more air for longer run times on air tools such as ratchets, impacts, spray guns and hammers

No, it does not come with a cord. I called Dewalt and confirmed with them after I received my compressor. Also, the specifications on the Home Depot website say it's a 240v, but when you receive the compressor there is a sticker across the electrical box that says to only use a 230v plug.

The unit's specifications call for 17 amps, so you this will typically use 12AWG wire. Long wiring runs may require bigger wire. There's no problem going to the next size up (10 AWG) if you're worried about it.

10/2 wire and a 230/240vac 15amp breaker. Since its its a 3.7hp when you convert that to amps its roughly 11.6amps. You could use a 20 but if there is a fault it's just that much for damage before the breaker will trip
