Answer:
Haven't actually measured but I would say approximated 28-30 inches. One of the things I like is the ease and quickness of height adjustment. I also have a pair of adjustable metal horses but is takes several minutes to adjust them plus they are heavy and awkward. These I can have unloaded from my trailer, set up, and adjusted to desired height in about 1 minute.

These DeWalt sawhorse boast that they can hold 2500 lbs. used as a pair. Please do not trust this. Probably a very set-up, controlled stress test.

Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 71 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Better than I expected Sturdy, well constructed. Impressed by the ease of use when extending the legs. September 6, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DeWalt adjustable leg sawhorses. I am sorry I now own these saw horses but I could not find the Stanley sawhorses I previously had. The Stanley adjustable saw horses looked just like these DeWalt's but used aluminum for the legs. The DeWalt sawhorses are heavier and the surrounding plastic parts cannot support the weight difference. In fact, it was hard to find two working sawhorses to purchase at Home Depot. When closing, the center trays come off their brackets or become jammed. If you set these heavy saw horses down too forcefully the plastic feet will break. All I can think of is that Stanely's patent was expired and DeWalt decided to capitalize on it but to save money they substituted metal for aluminum. July 13, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Product Sawhorses were just what we needed. They are lightweight , but hold everything that we wanted with no scare of them folding over and collapsing at all. August 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Dewalt Sawhorse These sawhorses are great, light weight, high load capacity and best of all have adjustable legs. I'm using them for various projects at home including the front porch project in the attached photo. February 14, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great little saw horses I really like that you can adjust the height and I just like everything about them August 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sturdy Finally a rigid lite weight set ,that handles many different uses . July 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great buy this set of sawhorses will accommodate any level of craftsman's that uses them. simple to use and the adjustable legs is an added bonus. June 28, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very Poor Material Bought two of these saw horses a little over a year ago (very light use in that time) and both have developed cracks on the top hinge and are now ineffective. Thought I would be able to trust the DeWalt brand as I have had no issues with their power tools, but definitely would not recommend this product until they change the material and design.
