Customer Reviews

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 18 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This tile saw is for whole house tile We bought this for the whole house tile, bathroom tile, and fireplace stone. I like it because it can rip 24" tile, a lot of saw's can't do this. August 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Smitty, DIY dude This saw works well. Definitely get a different blade per other reviews. A little expensive $$ but I bought it for a DIY whole house re-tile project and been worth it. Bummer HomeDepot doesn't give the military discount for online purchases. August 2, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good mid grade saw I am a homeowner with many home improvement tiling projects to come. This one does the job. It does not have the power as the higher end, contractor grade ones do, but works well for me. The trick is not to force the tiles through. I have only had it go a few weeks and have cut plenty of slate tiles. I expect to have this for a long time. July 5, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by blade wobbles which results in bad cuts ! I bought the same saw (minus the stand D24000): Bad cut results in small chips on the tile surface! Tech support determined the blade wobbles. Dewalt sent me a new blade, same problem. They sent me a new back flange that holds the blade, same problem. They sent me a new unit same problem, as you set the straight edge of the tile up against the blade and manually turn it, half way through the turn (180 degrees), the blade slightly makes contact, the other half does not !! waste of 2 weeks of my time ! don't make the same mistake, I will never by another Dewalt product. After researching online, this is a known problem. This saw does not deserve one star unless you don't mind bad cuts with small chips when it is brand new. May 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best tile saw on the market Hands down the best on the market. I have used just about every saw out there and this one is the best on the market. Smooth, easy to use and low water mist. Good job with this saw June 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best tile saw Best tile saw ever, I used so many saw before but this one is different April 19, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great saw... Junk blade The saw worked very well.... at least till the Dewalt blade wore out half way through doing a tile shower! I am very please with how well the saw works, however I am very disappointed that Dewalt would sell a saw for around $900 that comes with a junk blade. I had to order a different blade from another manufacturer and have it sent second day air in order to finish the job I was working on. Dewalt should either discount the saw and not provide a blade or improve their blades. So if you purchase this saw, plan on buying a new blade right away. Coming from a 20 year floor layer.
