Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by love this saw Bought as a combo
I received this stand as a combo deal with the dewalt miter saw. It is a bit expensive by itself, but I disagree with Rabblerouser entirely. The extensions are great for repeat cuts, and the stand is sturdy construction. It's surprisingly heavy for it's size, which means a quality product to me. You don't have to remove the saw from the brackets, because they have rubber feet on them. You can have your saw on the bench and attach it to the stand quickly when you need to use your saw somewhere else. I don't use this stand for my saw in the workshop, but I have used it on my back deck while renovating. There is certainly no comparison to a pair of saw horses. The saw sits safely and securely to the stand.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MrYoucandoityourself Very Light and Comfortable
I often work inside apartments and other small premises, so I was happy when I bought this heavy duty work stand for my job sites. It is very light and comfortable, easy to set up. Also it has small size (very important for my small business car!).
Highly recommend for using!

I bought a DeWalt Miter saw and when reading about the saw on the internet, everyone recommended this stand for it. I will have to say that this is the best money you could ever spend for a miter saw stand. I don’t know if it will work for any saw, but for mine it was a simple assemble job and then off to work.
The DeWalt miter stand is sturdy, the extension arms slide easily, and it is the correct height. You fold it up and transport it in seconds.
Altogether, 5 stars. An absolutely must have.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by RMcLaughlin One of the best miter saw stands on the market!
I use this stand with my 12" Dewalt miter saw and now I wonder how could I have ever done without it.
The stand is very stable and extends out on both sides to accomodate long lengths of lumber.
Very rugged yet light to carry. An excellent addition for any miter saw.
Only one drawback, even though I rate this 5 stars and that is it would be a bonus to have a couple of recepticles added to the front of the stand but all in all this is an excellent stand!

One of the best stands around..
Light wieght, fits any mitre saw plus its easy to set up..use mine everyday with no complaints other than rubber feet coming off..my fix to that was a screw in each. nice hieght and supports heavy wood with no problem.. i also bought a extra support stand for shorter pieces..this is my second stand ( first one is still being used and in same shape as i first purchased it)

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MB Dewalt Mitre saw stand
I have no idea what stand Rabblerouser is talking about but the Dewalt stand is a fantastic unit. Very sturdy, folds conveniently, extension arms are rigid and mounts for saw are well thought out and easy to use. I bought mine as a bundled package - 12" double mitre saw + stand for the price of the saw ($499). A deal well worth waiting for (although I'd otherwise have been willing to pay for the stand).

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Good Stationary stand
I got this stand bundled with the DW718 sliding compound mitre saw. Stand is very strong, and once setup quite versatile. I find that releasing the saw from the stand quite dangerous as you cannot release both clamps and then tilt the saw forward towards yourself as the saw is too wide to reach around both sides of it at once. I also wish it had wheels like most other stands have

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Kegger Better than King, thats for sure
Bought this as a replacement to a King stand that I had been using. I wish I had bought this first. Solid construction and the arms extend out quite far. Some might not like that it doesn’t have rollers, but instead just a smooth metal plate to support the wood, but it works fine. Actually, it ends up being more durable because there are no moving parts.
